Let's explore the student market - hue city, Vietnam

Have a nice day to everyone.๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ™‚
It is me again. It's great to see you again, today.
Today I would like to introduce you a place that is quite familiar to students who leave their families to come to Hue to study like me. As you all know, when students have to live away from home, living conditions will not be as adequate as when they lived with their parents. So in Hue, there is a place that provides essential items for students with lower prices than big shops. That place is called the student market, the cheap shopping mall or night market.

Let's find out what's there.

The Hue student market has become a familiar shopping place for students for many generations, the special thing is that the market is only open in the evening.
The market is located on Ba Trieu street and opposite Go supermarket. The identification of the market, firstly, there are a lot of people in front of the market, they are car keepers, shop owners, and there is a big cheap market sign. There is a little trick I want to share with you to save money on parking, you can park your car at Go, and you go across the street to get to the market, it's cheaper than if you park outside. The market does not have a large space like the traditional markets of Vietnam. But this is also the place with the largest concentration of people in Hue, and the goods here are also extremely diverse.

The most popular items here are clothes, shoes, and makeup tools. Most of them are for women more than men, men only have a few small shops selling clothes and shoes. A special feature and also the basic reason why the night market was becoming so attractive is that the prices of the items here are quite cheap and suitable for the circumstances of students. There are items with the same price of 50 thousand VND, equivalent to 2 dollars. Therefore, students will tend to buy clothes here instead of in big stores to save more money.

Although with such a low price, the products here are of quite good quality, with a variety of items and styles that also catch up with the trend of young people.
But either way, the main reason here is the reasonable price, so the market attracts a lot of customers.

Each region will have its characteristics, Hue too, where is famous for many universities, so students choose Hue to study a lot and to meet the needs of young people, the night market, which are considered a reasonable solution.

What about you? Are your traditional markets diverse? Tell me about the market in your country.

Sincere thanks for your support.

God bless you

Amazing, the student market is great. Low prices, evening market and still quality items. There is a market like that in my city called Ngwa road market. It is very large and people come from far places to buy things everyday. You will get items there cheap too. I will make a post about the market soonest.

I like your post, so I decided to share it on Threads

You have done well in bringing STUDENT MARKED-HUE, VIETNAM where students buy goods at cheap prices, it's similar to a daily market here in ABA, Nigeria called NEW MARKET .

Welcome to #MarketFriday! I love this market and it is a perfect place for students looking to make their money count.

This one is huge, but, then I can see that Hue has enough students to keep this market open. A great tip for those who have trouble parking. Does the Go Market ever have the cars ticketed for illegal parking? Some stores put signs up making it illegal (they will give you a parking ticket or worse! Tow your car!) if you park there.

Did you buy anything from the market? If so, what kind of price? I know what I forgot to ask... it looks like new clothing. Do they also have a second-hand store there? Seems like they have everything: from backpacks to makeup. A one-stop shop! I like that it is an evening market. The vendors don't have to stay there all day and night to make a living. Running a market would be difficult to do.

We do have markets that cater to students, but, perhaps not as many savings as what there is there. I think many students here go to second-hand stores where they can get value for their money. Thank you for taking us here! This was a great experience for the challenge!

#MarketFriday began as a way to reach out across the globe and learn about different cultures through their markets, especially local markets and farmers' markets, and eventually branched out and evolved over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. We have become a melting pot of culture, but it is still the Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, and even your language/languages that separate us... Along with the fact that these things are normal for us. There are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I have learned so much about all of you and it has been an amazing experience. I can only hope that learning about each other can help us work together for a peaceful world. Thank you for being a part of #MarketFriday

Rules of the Road to Join #MarketFriday!

1.Go to any type of market, or anywhere where you pay money for a service. It can be a museum, a movie theatre, or an auction. Be creative!
2.Tell us a little bit about the market or the event. What brought you there? What did you buy? How much did it cost? We like to compare prices, otherwise, it is just pictures of a market!
3.Post the pictures! No out-of-focus ones, please! Tell a little bit about the pictures that you post. Having many pictures to scroll through does not make a better post without explanation.
