I'm one of those guys that really enjoyed the RE4 original on the Gamecube so it never occurred to me to buy it again. However, I have heard awesome things about it so maybe I will have to get on board once it goes on sale.

if you love the original you must have the remake, not only is it faithful but it improved many aspects, playability, controls, atmosphere, AI, story... it's perfect and causes a huge nostalgia to play it. This is another fan of the saga and specifically this game
