Dio - Monomad Challenge [ENG/ESP]

Greetings to all colleagues and friends of the community, for today I am pleased to show you 4 pictures of the new member of the house, our little cat Dio. Name that in the end my wife and I decided, in spite of having thought of names like Odin or even Tigrito, for having a fur with spots as if it was a tiger. But in the end we decided to name him Dio, because first of all in memory of the legendary Heavy Metal singer Ronnie James Dio, who for many of us who love Rock and Heavy Metal, we know him for having been present in bands like Black Sabbath, Heaven and Hell, Rainbow and of course for his own band Dio.

On the other hand, as you can see in the pictures, in one of the captures, you can see that he is together with our cat Kira, who has already adapted better with Odin, because cats at first are more difficult to feel comfortable when there are other new animals whether cat or dog, but now the two are playing together and even posed for this beautiful picture of our two cats.

Now, regarding the technical part of the pictures, first of all as it is obvious by rule of the community, they are all in black and white, perfect to highlight that contrast of Odin's fur, as well as his physiognomy as a cat. Where I took advantage of the natural illumination of the sun, in hours of full sunset.

Therefore I used a configuration in the camera of 1/800 of speed, 7.1 of shutter and 100 of ISO, fundamental to obtain well balanced and illuminated images, as well as Odin could be well contrasted within the photographic composition, as the main objective to photograph.

All the photographs are of my authorship and were taken with a Canon T3i camera.

Saludos a todos los colegas y amigos de la comunidad, para el día de hoy tengo el agrado de mostrarle 4 fotografías del nuevo integrante de la casa, nuestro pequeño gato Dio. Nombre que al final decidimos mi esposa y yo, a pesar de haber pensado en nombres como Odin o incluso hasta Tigrito, por tener un pelaje con manchas como si fuese un tigre. Pero al final decidimos nombrarle Dio, porque en primer lugar en recuerdo del legendario cantante de Heavy Metal Ronnie James Dio, que para muchos que nos encanta el Rock y Heavy Metal, lo conocemos por haber estado presente en bandas como Black Sabbath, Heaven and Hell, Rainbow y por supuesto por su propia banda Dio.

Por otro lado, como se puede apreciar en las fotografías, en una de las capturas, se puede ver que esta conjuntamente con nuestra gata Kira, que ya se ha adaptado mejor con Odin, debido a que los gatos al principio son más difíciles de sentirse cómodo cuando hay otros animal nuevo sea gato o perro, pero ahora los dos se ka pasan jugando juntos y hasta posaron para esta hermosa imagen de nuestros dos gatos.

Ahora, con respecto a la parte técnica de las fotografías, en primer lugar como es obvio por regla de la comunidad, son todas en blanco y negro, perfecto para resaltar ese contraste del pelaje de Odin, asimismo como su fisionomía como gato. Donde aproveche la iluminación natural del sol, en horas de pleno atardecer.

Por lo tanto utilicé una configuración en la cámara de 1/800 de velocidad, 7.1 de obturación y 100 de ISO, fundamental para obtener unas imágenes bien equilibradas e iluminadas, así como también se pudiera contrastar bien a Odin dentro de la composición fotográfica, como principal objetivo a fotografiar.
