Hello everyone and welcome to my blog at this hour. Friday is around the corner and we can anticipate the weekend and have some time to relax by engaging in activities we love. For me I can't wait to see Cristiano Ronaldo in action in Manchester United colors once again when the English Premier League start after the international break. In my last post I wrote about the awesome addictive feeling that comes with boiled groundnut, the irresistible force that makes you see the end of it before you stop. Well, today I bring to you something more tempting. Sit back, relax and enjoy all that I have packaged for you.

Forget about shawarma or pizza, one of our favorite snacks when we were growing up is Kuli Kuli. Kuli kuli accompanied with garri (cassava flakes), chilled water, milk and sugar is a combination that would always do it for me anytime, any day. This combo bangs different especially when you just return from a sunny day. Omg 🤤

A quick explanation of what Kuli Kuli is for people who do not know what is. Kuli Kuli is a Nigerian snack that is made from dry groundnuts. The groundnut is ground into a paste and mixed with spices such as pepper, salt, and others. The paste is molded into any shape of choice - round, straight or irregular. After it has been molded into the desired shape it is deep fried until it hardens.

This crunchy snack can be eaten just like that like every other snack or eaten with garri, garden egg etc. It can be very addictive, probably because it is made from groundnut 🤔.

There are some restraints to eating too much of this lovely crunchy snack and I'm sure this will make you laugh if you can relate. When you just eat kuli kuli and there is a foul odor in the room everyone would point at you. Too much of kuli kuli is believed to make one fart. Also, too much of kuli kuli causes pimples due to the high level of oil that it comprises of.
