UNHAPPY RELATIONSHIP: CAUSES & SOLUTIONS
Hello everyone and welcome to my blog at this hour. One of the biggest decisions to make in life is to admit and conclude that you are not in a happy relationship. Whether it is constant trends of arguments, disagreements, fights or even a noticeable distance is beginning to evolve between you and your partner or its just a feeling in your head that something is not right - unhappiness in a relationship could present itself in several ways. It is common for partners that are unhappy in their relationship to stick together while they try to find a way to make things work once again. They hope things can return to the normal way when they first started that it was all sweet, romantic and rozy and this could be through constructive criticism of themselves on resolving the problems that causes the unhappiness between them. Just as you know that a problem can only be solved when the cause is identified, the causes of unhappiness in relationship need to be identified before a solution can be proffered.
There are good and bad times in relationships, in other words, relationships are full of ups and downs. Partners sometimes tend to be unhappy in their relationship when they remember the good old days when things used to be better than it is at the present moment. Let's take for instance, in the beginning of the relationship, the man is romantic and caring, pays keen attention to the interests of the woman and is always showing her so much love with gifts and outings among others. The woman may become unhappy if all these suddenly stops due to one reason or another. She may hold on to these memories and let it affect her relationship negatively as a whole instead of channeling her focus into making the relationship better.

Another common cause of unhappiness in relationship is when partners try to change each other. There are some men that met their woman and feel in love with them because they wear skimpy and revealing dresses but as time goes on in the relationship they feel uncomfortable seeing their woman in such outfits. They try to compel them to change into their new orientation and this can pose a serious problem to the relationship which can make the couples unhappy. Also, a man that you are much aware that he can not do without hanging out with his friends every Friday, you try to change him by telling him not to hang out with his friends anymore. Just know that depriving each other from what you love to do will lead to unhappiness.
The fruit of unhappiness in relationship is loss of connection between partners which leads to emotional trauma such as loneliness, frustration, depression and the likes. The lack of connection between partners further results into creating distance and gradual withdrawal from each other which means that their will be little or no intimacy, whether physical or emotional. In short, an unhappy relationship does not always end well if proactive actions are not taken.

How to be happy in your relationship again
- Identify all the issues in your relationship
- Decide whether you still want to give the relationship one more chance to work
- Have a sincere and honest discussion with your partner without blaming each other
- Work out possible solutions
