My Hive Journey: How Ecency Became My Hive Oasis.

Not too long ago, just a little over two months, I started my journey into the world of Hive. It all began because a friend recommended it to me. Back then, I didn't really understand what Hive was or how it all worked. The whole concept of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency seemed pretty confusing at first. But after a few days of exploring and learning, things began to make more sense. However, I had one persistent issue. You see, I'm one of those people who always want to hear the sound of a notification, like a "ding" or "ping" when something happens.

The Dapps I was using at the time couldn't provide me with that notification feature. So, I decided to leave a comment on someone else's post, expressing my wish for an app that could give me notifications for my Hive-related activities. To my surprise, someone responded and introduced me to something amazing – Ecency. This is where my unique story truly begins. Ecency quickly became a haven for me because it fulfilled my simple desire to stay updated with notifications for my Hive activities.

To make things simpler, I decided to use Ecency solely for receiving notifications and continued to use other apps to browse and interact with Hive content for about 3 weeks. However, my perspective on Ecency underwent a transformation when I discovered one of its unique features: bonuses for its users. These bonuses can be used to support high-quality content and help it gain more visibility within the Hive community. This revelation piqued my curiosity, and I realized that there was something significant that I had yet to explore.

I really thought she was going to get bored with all the buzzing I was giving to her. She took the time to guide me through the various aspects of Ecency, and it was at this point that I began to realize the true power and potential of this platform. I always realized that it's User interface was super easy and safer to use for Blockchain transactions. Did you know that when sending HBD or Hive to someone else through ecency, their profile picture would come up, so you know the exact person you are sending it too? I wish I knew this back then, cause I lost some few HBD's sending to the wrong user because of a typo.

Today, I rely on Ecency for nearly all of my Hive-related activities, and there's a compelling reason for it. You see, Ecency not only provides a smooth and user-friendly experience, but it also offers bonuses to its users for their engagement. Yes, that's right – you get rewarded with bonus points for simply commenting, upvoting or even posting on the platform. While I might not be the most active Ecency user just yet, I'm certainly working towards becoming one. Because the more you are active, the more you earn points.

As I continued my exploration of the Hive ecosystem, I started making some investments and delegations in other places. However, I have a particular goal in mind: to increase my Hive Power and eventually delegate a portion of it to Ecency. The reason is simple – I deeply believe in their vision and commitment to support all Hivians. It's not just a platform; it's a community with a heart.

In conclusion, as I chart my course in the Hive world, I've found my ideal place to call home in the city of Ecency. It's been an incredible journey, and I look forward to the days and months ahead as we explore the vast possibilities that Hive and Ecency have to offer.
