What I Learnt from Brother Eli Soriano and Brother Daniel Razon in today's zoom meeting.

Praise the Lord Jesus Christ people of God and good day to my new family Of the MCGI church of Christ. I was greatly blessed by the ministrations of Brother Eli Soriano and Brother Daniel Razon. I used it as a form of devotion and I just want to take the opportunity to share what I learnt so others can also benefit, especially those who couldnt get the time and opportunity to. I will write all the scriptures used at the end of the article so you can also be blessed.

Brother Eli Soriano:

Brother Eli spoke powerfully on the way a Christian must dress and appear to glorify God. He made us to understand that the way a woman dresses can seduce a man to sin. Sometimes the man did not intentional decide to sin but after mistakenly seeing a woman on the street with a provocative dress he may be seduced to sin. So he adviced our dear sisters to wear dresses that glorify God.

He made us to understand that it is what is inside that must reflect on the outside, if God is in the heart it must show on the Outlook.
He said a person should be concerned both on his or her heart and their outward appearance. Since the bible says God looks at the heart but man on the outward. It is important to make both appear glorifying to God.

Bro Daniel Razon:

God used brother Daniel to teach us on controlling what we say and being forgiving. He made us to understand from Matthew 12:37 that by the words of our mouth we are justified and condemned. He made us to understand the importance of what we say as christians and it's effect on our lifes. There he concluded on it that a child of God's words must be controlled by the scriptures and within the boundaries of what our Lord Jesus'Christ Christ has given. He added as he quoted from verse 36 or Mathew 12 that every idle word we speak we shall give account of it. I have really learnt to be careful what I saw from today.

Bro Daniel Razon also touched on the issue of forgiveness extensively. As children of God we are thought to forgive one another. He quoted Colossians 3:13 as the scriptures said "Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye."
He also made us under that Satan gains advantage over us anytime we do not forgive our brothers and sisters, from 1 Corinthians 14:33. I saw the dangers of me holding unto hurts , pains and bitterness. I have to learn to let go, It is the fruit of the spirit.

So in summary, our dear Brothers in Christ Jesus have guided us today on how we should dress to glorify God, being careful of what comes out if our mouth and learning to forgive our brothers and sisters.
