HIVE FOCUS 2026: MY STRATEGIC PATH TO INCREASED GROWTH

I am tempted to say I will be creating 365 posts this year, but today is January 10th, and I have created 7 blog posts, and this will make it the 8th post, so even if I want to go all out for it, it means that some days, I will need to create two posts, which I can't assure myself.

So, here is the thing: I will definitely be creating more blog posts this year, but how many more is the question.

Last year, I created 58 blog posts, as seen in my Hive Recap 2025 attached to the thumbnail.

Before the end of 2025, I had already planned to create more blog posts in 2026. It crept in around November, and looking at how it would pan out in 2026, I visualised and tried a test phase in December 2025, which was the month I created the most blog posts (in fact, throughout my 3 years on Hive, haha).

On my path to increased growth, I need to be strategic about it, and this is what I will do, but before then...

Will you agree with me that consistency doesn't mean every day?

Okay, now that you agree, moving on, I will be more consistent in creating blog posts this year. I'm not promising 365 posts, no, I'm not, even though I feel tempted, I don't want to feel bad in the end that I fell low, because real-life activities may stand in my way.

A Strategic Path

I know that when I set the bar too high, I may fall low, so I'm taking the achievable and realistic route.

With the help of @hivecreatorsday from this post, I have downloaded a card that will guide me through this path, being more intentional about achieving my goals on Hive this year.

Wait a minute, I almost forgot, you would like to know why I predicted HIVE at $0.5. Okay, relax... I love to capture good things.

On January 5th 2025, HIVE was at $0.620. I came online that day, felt good about it, captured it and made this Snap.

I learned from some early Hivers who told me about when HIVE was at $3. I was clueless about blockchain and had no idea Hive blockchain existed. This could be possible again, no matter how long it takes.

I didn't want to predict $1, even though I was close. I believe the value of HIVE will improve this year, and I expect it to be $0.5.

While we wait, we will continue to build and grow our HP.

For my blog post, since I created 58 posts last year, of which 17 were in December, I plan to do twice the total number of posts, which is 116 posts and use 17 as the minimum number of posts for each month.

That way, I have set an achievable goal, and if I create 17 posts per month, multiplied by 12, I would have created 204 posts by the end of the year, surpassing my goal of creating 116 blog posts.

Now, I have set a goal on the road to surpass it. I would love to see how much I have achieved by the middle of this year, or even at the end of the first quarter.

But what if I end up creating 12 or 15 blog posts a month? That would be 144 or 180 blog posts by the end of the year, still surpassing my goal of creating 116 blog posts.

Taking this strategic path is achievable for me. This means creating 3 to 4 blog posts each week, now for me, that's consistency.

For My HP, I claimed 1.2K HP last year and hope to increase it to 4,000 HP by the end of 2026, through blog posts, microblogs, and power-ups. I probably will surpass this goal.

Presently, I have 1,301. 326 HP, of which I have claimed about 88 HP (manually calculated claimed HP from my wallet history) so far in 9- 10 days.

By creating more, engaging more and powering up some HIVE, I will achieve my goal by the end of 2026.

Why I Want To Keep Building on Hive and How.

So, I will keep building on Hive, because it is a space I imagined to share my creations with other creators. As I continue to be active, I want to improve as a creator who is intentional about growth, adding more value and transforming minds through my creativity.

I would have loved to answer more questions, like the Hivers I will love to meet. There are quite a number of them who have impacted my growth on Hive and as a creator, even in my crypto knowledge. Some of them are from the Dreemport community @dreemport, some Lions on InLeo, Ladies of Hive community, and more.

HBD Savings: By the end of 2026, I would love to have at least 100 HBD in savings. Last year, I invested in some tokens on Hive, which was an achieved goal for me. This year, I hope to see my earnings grow to enable me save more.

I logged into Hive daily last year; if it was not blog posts, it was either microblogs or comments on other creators' posts or a reply to comments.

So, to wrap up, I'm not going to miss that this year and will increase my activities, joining community contests, sharing my lovely poems (which I have already started), being more creative, sharing my thoughts and providing solutions for those stuck around here.

A legacy planted in the hearts of many will always be remembered.
