🌻Today I made a Mother's day card for my mom in the shape of a sunflower vase🌻

These days, I'm just doing papercraft and diy every day. Yesterday I told you how to make a rainbow fish using an egg packing box. Today I made a card using cardboard and some color paper. The card I made today is a card that can be used on Mother's Day. My favorite part of doing papercraft is making cards. In Myanmar, the full moon day of this month is designated as Mother's Day. That's why I made a Mother's Day card for my mom today. The card I made today was made to look like a sunflower in a vase. The size of this card is neither too big nor too small. Let me first tell you about the materials needed to make this Mother's day card. Let's get started!

Materials-

•color paper
•glue
•Pencil and ruler
•Scissors
•cardboard
•Ribbon

Step-1

First I drew a small vase in the middle of the cardboard as shown in the picture. You can see the dimensions I used to draw the vase in your picture. The dimensions I used were 3 inches, 4 inches and 5 inches.

Step-2

I cut the cardboard with scissors according to the vase I drew. I did not cut the 3 inches side. I folded the vase on the opposite side as shown in the picture and cut it with scissors. Now you have a cute cardboard vase.

Step-3

Now is the time to make a sunflower. I drew a square on yellow color paper with 3inches x 2inches.Then I cut the color paper with scissors and folded it in the middle.

Step-4

On that yellow color paper, I drew a picture as shown in the picture and cut it with scissors. Then I restored the yellow color paper to its original shape and rolled the edges a little with a pencil.

I made a lot of yellow color paper that way.

Step-5

As a next step, I use brown color paper. Since I do not have brown color paper, I painted brown color on white paper. I cut the brown color paper into four pieces. I picked one of them and folded it in the middle.

Then I cut and rolled it as shown in the picture. After scrolling, you will get something like the image above.

Step-6

I also cut a piece of cardboard into a small circle. I first placed the yellow color papers on the cardboard. Glue the brown colored paper in the middle and you will get a very cute sunflower.

I also made one stem and two leaves with green colored paper.

Step-7

I glued sunflower, stem and 2 leaves to the vase. I also glued two blue colored pieces of paper to the inside and outside of the vase.

Write some letters on the blue color paper and decorate the vase with ribbon and you will get a very cute sunflower vase card. I gave the card to my mother. Thank you.🍇
