Slow Days Are Allowed

Mondays are usually pumped and it's mostly the day of the week when there's energy to do the most work. I had plans of starting off my week on a high note but my body had other plans for me.

Today was super slow for me and I had no energy to be pumped. At the start of the day, I already knew I was going to keep a late night. I made up my mind I wasn't going to stress myself and be bothered about not meeting my target for the day.

My slow day today means I'm going to have more work tomorrow but I believe tomorrow will sort itself out and I will hopefully be pumped. I picked up my pace a bit in the evening but I'm still taking it easy. The good thing is that I'm not mentally stressed and beating up myself about it.

Normally, I'd be cranky and mad about my work rate, but my body sent a warning. I have to chill and accept that I will have slow days, there will be days when I don't meet up with my target, and that's fine. I'm not above slow days.

Slow days are important for sure! We can’t work at 110% all the time otherwise that leads to serious issues. Hope your days went well!

Slow days are quite better than fast days. We should work smoothly because running like rabbit will not help us to reach on our destination.
