Bad Romance.

"Sorry. Have you seen Mike?" Anita asked

"No I haven't," the lady answered.

She walked a little further still in search of her fiancé.

"Excuse me, please have you set your eyes on Mike? She asked another person.

" No ma'am. I haven't" she responded.

Agitation began to set in. Why would he have gone twenty minutes to their wedding commencement?

She checked his hotel room, no sign of him. The kitchen, the lobby, still no sign. Everyone was seated and ready for the wedding. What was she supposed to do? Was he up to one of his useless surprises again?

Anita decided to check one last place before giving up. She walked with so much agitation to the backyard and there he was in all his glory.

She was about to call his name when she saw him pull another lady in for a passionate kiss. A sharp pain pierced through her heart. She walked closer to see how worthy her competitor was.

"Mom!?" Anita echoed.

Mike immediately jerked up and drifted apart.

"A..a . Anita? Why are you here?"

Anita was very speechless as she changed her stares from Mike to her mother and back to Mike. She was feeling a lot of things at the moment. Disappointment, betrayal, pain.

"You both are pathetic!" She uttered as she ran off into the house amidst tears.

Anita headed straight for her room. She sobbed without control. Her fiance cheats on her twenty minutes before they exchange vows? Not just with any girl, with her mother?

It's no argument that her mother was a very hot looking lady for someone in her early forties but why her!?

If Mike pulled her in for a kiss and she succumbed, that means they have been that way for a while. A year? Six months? Three weeks? Shoot!

What was she going to tell everyone? How would she relate this news to the pastor? She didn't know how she was going to tell everyone but she sure knew that there wasn't going to be a wedding anymore.

She quietly called her chief bride's maid who happened to be her close friend and told her to announce to everyone that they won't be having a wedding anymore.

She tore off her white robe, put some dark clothes on and walked away. Mike and her mother had just messed with the wrong person. Love and happy endings never really happen. She had been a fool for thinking her story would be different.
Anita kept walking as the wind led .

She sure had a lot of explaining to do but whatever!
