Favorite Addition To My Closet

Do you have a favourite piece of clothing or pair of shoes? Take a photo and explain why it's a favourite item, you can be wearing it or just lay it out on the bed or something, get creative. You must use your own photos for this post of course and it must contain at least 250 words.

Sometime last year, I decided it was time to add another shoe to my closet as the ones I already had were clearly tired of me wearing them. I'm very specific when it comes to buying shoes. The shoes would be worn for official outings so what are my 'official outing clothes' like? Would they go well with the shoes? I took all these into consideration before getting my new babies.

For one, I'm not a person who goes to the local markets to get shoes. Why? Because the local markets always sell shoes that are trending and I don't like wearing fashion items that are trending. It takes so much perseverance and the grace of God to find something that everyone isn't wearing in the market. My shoes are my signature and as such they should be different. I ordered them online and they arrived two weeks later.

The first item that came to mind when I saw the prompt was this pair of shoes. Why are they my favourite pair of shoes? Let me tell you why.

First of all, they are boots! I love anything boots, be it heels or flats. Boots are very comfortable to wear. This particular boot is very comfy and I could spend my whole day wearing it.

Second, it's made of velvet material and it gives off a soft, shiny and luxurious look. It's usually the centre of attraction whenever I step into a new environment. I've had people walk up to me just to complete the boots. So it's safe to conclude that the boot has helped me gain more acquaintances:⁠-:⁠^⁠)

The first time I wore the boots was with a pair of jeans and a shirt. I found a fellow boot wearer but with a different design and so we took a picture of the boots together.So far, these boots are my favourite pair of shoes and I doubt that decision would be changing anytime soon.
