Men I would like to take this opportunity to extend your formal invitation, Gender equality is your issue too. Because till date I've seen my father role has a parent being valued less by society despite my needing his present has a child has much has my mother's.

I've seen young men suffering from mental illness unable to ask for help for fear it will make them less of a man..

Truth be told folks, in England (united kingdom) suicide is the biggest killer of men between age 20 - 49. I've seen men made fragile and insecure by distorted sense of what constitutes male success.

Men dont have the benefits of equality either. We dont often talk about men been imprisoned by gender stereotypes. And when men are free as well, things will changed for women has a natural consequence. If men dont have to be aggressive in order to be accepted, women wont feel compelled to be submissive.

Both men and women should feel free to be sensitive and strong. If men dont have to control, women won't have to be controlled. It's time that we perceive gender equality on a spectrum instead of two sets of opposing ideas. If we quit defining each other by what we are not, and start defining ourselves by who we are, we can all be free.

And this is what feminism is about, it's about freedom. I also want all men to take up this mantle, so that their sister, daughter, mothers can be free from prejudice. But also that their sons have the permission to be a human and vulnerable too and are complete versions of themselves.

All that is needed for the forces of evil to triumph is for the good men and women to do nothing. If you have similar doubts when opportunities are presented to you. I hope this word above would be helpful, because the reality is "if we do nothing it will take 75 years or for me it be nearly a 100 before women can expect to be paid the same as men for the same work...

Lastly, 15.5 million girls would be married in the next 16 years as children. We are struggling for a united world but the good news is, we have a united movement.
