The failed Challenge
I wrote about the great success I had with my first weekly challenge: 100 push ups daily.
I also wrote at my next weekly challenge would be 100 pull ups a day and I have greatly failed that. Not only haven't a done 100 a day, I had a hard time doing even 10 pull ups at once. So I completely failed that, I tried to switch it up to 100 Squats a day, but I really wasn't motivated to do that.
I still want to so 100 pull ups a day at somepoint, but I think it would be greatly appreciated for my body to start out with 100 back extentions and gain some more strength in my back.
