Day 1754: 5 Minute Freewrite: Thursday - Prompt: omnibus
In one of the many trips I made to the city of Merida with my wife. We like this city very much for its culture and traditions. And the weather is excellent you can be walking and visiting several places since the climate is beneficial to do this kind of activities. We arrived in the city of Merida and stayed in a hotel. Very nice atmosphere and very warm people.
En uno de los tantos viajes que hice a la ciudad de Mérida junto a mi esposa. Nos gusta demasiado esa ciudad por su cultura y sus tradiciones. Y el clima es excelente puedes estar caminando y visitando varios lugares ya que el clima es beneficioso para hacer este tipo de actividades. Llegamos en la ciudad de Mérida y nos hospedamos en un hotel. Muy agradable el ambiente y la gente muy cálida.
We set out to visit and tour several sites of this great city. We were transported in an old Mercedes Benz bus and we were fascinated by this means of transportation used to transport tourists. The bus looked as if it had been taken out of the dealership, a unique finish, the upholstery of the seats impeccable. My wife was shocked when she boarded the bus, she could not believe it to see an old means of transportation working and in perfect condition.
Nos dispusimos a visitar y hacer un recorrido por varios sitios de esta gran ciudad. Y nos trasladaron en un ómnibus antiguo marca Mercedes Benz quedamos fascinado de ese medio de transporte que utilizan para trasladar a los turistas. El omnibus parecia sacado del concesionario un acabado único , el tapizado de sus asientos impecables. Mi esposa estaba impactada cuando abordó el bus, no lo podía creer ver un medio de transporte antiguo funcionando y en perfectas condiciones.
The guide who took us there mentioned that the bus was from the 50's. It had been repaired at the same Mercedes Benz dealership. It really looked luxurious. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Before boarding the bus, the guides made an awareness campaign and recommendations that we should respect for this means of transportation.
El guia que nos trasladó mencionó que el ómnibus era de los años 50. Que le habían hecho sus reparaciones en el mismo concesionario de la Mercedes Benz. De verdad que parecia de lujo. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. Antes de subir a la unidad los guías hicieron campaña de concientización y recomendaciones que debíamos respetar para con este medio de transporte.
It was not only the bus in which we were taken on the tour. There were about ten that were at the disposal of the hotel guests to take them on the tours. The transfer to the different sites in the city of Merida that we visited was very well handled by the guides in a comfortable bus. If we visit that city again we would like to enjoy again that antique Mercedes Benz.
No solo era el ómnibus en el cual nos llevaron hacer el recorrido. Había como alrededor de diez que estaban a la disposición de los clientes del hotel para que realizaran los paseos a los clientes. Muy bien llevado por los guías el traslado a los diferentes sitios de la ciudad de Mérida que visitamos en un ómnibus confortable. Si volvemos a visitar esa ciudad nos gustaría nuevamente disfrutar de ese Mercedes Benz antiguo.
