Gnome Sweet Gnome
Sometime over the last couple of years my house began to see the arrival of some gnomes. I'd call it an infestation but, despite their name, they're really quite gnomely.
They do enjoy music, however. This one is out chilling with some Nipper's on top of the Victrola Credenza. I'm sure he's waiting for me to actually play it.
And this is what we call a gnome on the range.
It usually takes me the course of the entire month of January to finally, properly and completely, finish putting Christmas away. I keep finding things, such as the M&M Christmas tins on top of the cabinets in the kitchen, that are still out. In this case I've purposefully left this lit garland out on top of the entertainment shelves. I like how it looks and I will decorate it for whichever season is next. For now, it's home to a gnome.

Nice collection and some fine antiques can be spotted in the pictures, so nice to see them being taken care of and properly placed instead of in a storage unit.
