Staking NFTs With R-Planet

NFTs are fun... You can own them for personal satisfaction and sell them latter to make profits. But what about earning while hodling? Yeah, you can earn passive income by staking certain NFTs.
NFT market is booming and several platforms have emerged offering passive income options to users without having to sell their NFTs.
I recently explored R-Planet, a NFT based game and staking platform. R-Planet offers Aether token(ingame token) for staking Wax based NFTs. Aether earned can be used in game to buy basic elements( wind, earth, fire and water) which can be combined to make new materials and items. There are limitless recipes for combining different items and inventing new items waiting to be discovered. Against newly invented items NFTs are issued which can be staked again to earn more Aether.
R-Planet offers staking rewards for NFTs of 34 different dapps. The best thing about R-Planet is the platform auto detects stackable NFTs in you wax collection and shows you staking rewards for each stackable NFT available. Here have a look at supported NFT collection and staking reward for few of the individual NFTs.
In "More Info" you can find all your staked, unstaked NFTs and mining rewards for that particular collection. And the good thing is you can claim all of your mined Aether from all of your stakes by single claim button.
R-Planet doesn't have any out game tokenomics yet, but the game itself looks promissing, plus it wouldn't hurt to stake all those NFT laying idol in your collection and get a chance to earn more NFTs at least for the time being.

R-Planet rewards NFT owners simply for staking collection on their platform and were innovators in this regard. Still, without further development, the Aether price decreased quite drastically so they need to feed the "game" with new use cases. They are building a little bit too slow, if they would have moved faster they would have been at least as big as Alien Worlds.
