Top Performing Defi Assets Don't Even Run On Ethereum... Is Cub Destined for Greatness???

So, Q1 Performance Recap report by Messari came in today and as per report top performing assets during the 1st quarter of 2021 are Cake and Luna(PancakeSwap & Terra).
Despite most of the Defi platforms being built on Ethereum network, the top performers here(PancakeSwap and Terra), don't run on it. With ever increasing defi craze, Ethereum network has been struggling to keep up(congestion), not to mention the whooping transactions charges(gas fees).
The Ethereum woes have been pushing many projects to explore new aster, efficient and economical network alternative. One key example is Binance Smart Chain(BSC); the most used alternative of Ethereum network. PancakeSwap; the best defi performer also runs on BSC.
Fortunately enough, Cubdefi have also been built upon BSC. Whereas many defi newbies may not fully appreciate the fractional transaction fees here, but the Ethereum based DEX users understands what it means to be rid of the cumbersome gas fees.
Cubdefi being just about one month old, I wonder where are we gonna end up once the platform matures. It indeed does have the right ingredients to make it a top performer; a network which is fast, efficient and economical, dev team with development oriented progressive thinking and backing of a strong community.
I wouldn't be surprising for me to wake up one morning and see Cub skyrocketing above 10$. Defi world moves fast(may be too fast for Ethereum network) and whales hunting big returns move even faster.
