Finally made it to top 10

What a day today. I started my day with an amazing season-ending although rewards were so creepy, yet it was a great great season.

But First of all, I want to describe my last night story. As y'all know I am playing ts-neoxian whose owner is neoxian sir. First of all, I'd like to thanks Neo sir so much that whenever I need any card he just provides me right away. I am really blessed that I am playing ts-neoxian. An account of the dragon which has almost all kind of dragonly cards. I can't express my feelings about how much I enjoy playing with those cards. My own account is under construction which will take centuries to build I guess :P XD

Anyways long story short is I believe in smart work and not in hard work. I always want to achieve a certain goal without putting enough effort. I always wanted to get in top 10 on the leaderboard but my fear of losing didn't allow me. As I mentioned in my last season post that no matters what I am going to fight for the top 10. But trust me when I was seeing top battles and I saw how top players are fighting with each other it was like a ground of bullfight instead of battlefield :P XD

I didn't want to get crushed by bulls and there you go my fear has taken over me again. But this time I was trying to battle with trembling hands :P Yep whenever I hit battle option my hands were trembling and my heartbeat was out of control. I was playing because I had this strategy in my mind I have to partake myself at 11th or 12th place.

So guess what When I started playing The first opponent I got was Jacekw 😂 And I was like

What do you expect when you get to number 1 player as your opponent? :P XD

I literally calmed down my self by saying this

I submitted my battle with trembling hands. Only 2 splinters were active dragon and life. I went with Chanseus the Great and Jacekw came up with the same. Same summoner same line up I won just because of prismatic energy. He used all sneak attack and shield-bearer as a frontman. I did the same but I used only 1 sneak attack rather than 3 and I used Prismatic energy instead. I used shieldbearer as a frontman to counter ranged attack and prismatic to kill bearer fast. I knew that Jacekw is coming up with life deck. And prismatic worked for me. I won that battle and got almost 30 points. I was crawling up leaderboard slowly and steadily. That win gave me hope to get closer to my target. I am trying to find that battle but it vanished away from the ts-neoxian battle log. I don't have the patience to check block explores for that battle when I don't know the exact time.

Then after a few hours, I played a few more battles and secured my position at number 11. I kept monitoring top battles and I saw top players have refused to rest. I preferred to sleep instead of playing. I took a good 2-hour nap and woke up with a fresh mind.

When the season was about to end and I and burl and higming were chatting about the leaderboard Burl said Hossain is just 2 points away from the first position. He will play last battle in the last minute to win that position. I got an idea from what he said. I was at 12th place and 1 win could lead me to the top 10. I took a calculated risk. I mean I was already in the top 25. If I lose that last-minute battle I had nothing to lose but everything to gain.

2 minutes were left I hit battle option with a fast heartbeat and hell what I saw Hossainbd is my opponent :p XD I felt WTH :P XD same reaction same trembling hands same fast heartbeat and then I said to myself don't panic all is well. I gathered all energy to battle with full force.

It was 25 mana game with even steven rule and healed out. I knew that Hossain will use water deck. I thought If i go with water deck then anything can happen. I decided not to go with water deck I picked Yodin Zaku instead. It was a damn close battle but the good thing is I won.

The last-minute plan worked for me and yes I didn't kill myself to get in top 10 I played few battles and I made it to top 10. All I need is calmness. I want to get rid of this fear now. Don't play hard play smart ;)

Lastly let's talk about season rewards hehe, Season chest loots aren't less than a joke. I got 2 Untamed and I legendary out of 150 loots lolol what a joke. Anyways it is what it is. In addition to that Gerber delegated me Prince Julian millions of thanks @gerber.
