SPEAKING OF PERFORMANCE

Hey let's talk about when your performance depends on someone else it turns out and it happens until the moments I write this post that I work in one of Inter's crews, it is an authorized people of Inter in Barquisimeto and has this tiger zone in the east of Venezuela.
I really don't like to complain about the work, for me working is something that I have always liked, what I don't like is to see the abuse of power for the benefit of some people, the installation orders have a cost of $15 which enter daily in a WhatsApp group of the commercials but it is the supervisor who decides who does each installation.

Hey hablemos de cuando tu rendimiento depende de otra persona resulta y pasa hasta los momentos que escribo este post que trabajo en una de las cuadrillas de Inter, es una gente autorizada de Inter en Barquisimeto y tiene esta zona del tigre en el oriente de Venezuela

De verdad no me gusta quejarme del trabajo para mí trabajar es algo que siempre me ha gustado, lo que no me gusta es ver el abuso de poder para beneficios de unas personas, las órdenes de instalación tienen un costo de $15 las cuales entran diariamente en un grupo de WhatsApp de las comerciales pero es el supervisor quien decide quien hace cada instalación.

That is where the filter is and the problem for some and the blessing for others, why I say this because some installations are by air from the pole to the normal user's house but there are others that are by box office and no other crew likes to do it for the reason that more time is lost going through the box office and you run the risk that the fiber bends or is stressed just like a woman, but I always say that she is a woman because she goes wherever she wants and you have to leave her.
It depends on the day how you are in the mood, the master sends you to a locker installation and you spend half a day or the whole day when the other crews are finishing two or three installations, you take one and cross your finger.

Hay es donde está el filtro y el problema para unos y la bendición para otro por qué le digo esto porque hay instalación son vía aérea del poste a la casa del usuario normal pero hay otras que son por taquilla estás otra a ninguna cuadrilla le gusta hacerla por la razón que se pierde más tiempo pasando por taquilla y corres el riesgo de que la fibra se doble o se estrese tal cual como una mujer esa más yo siempre digo que es una mujer por qué agarra para donde ella quiera y hay que dejarla.
Depende del día como este de ánimo, el señor te manda a una instalación de taquilla y pasas medio día o todo el día cuando las otras cuadrillas están terminando dos o tres instalaciones, tú llevas una y cruzando el dedo.
