I bring you a pretty frantic game, plus the character reminds me of Sammus or Megaman with the slow motion of Max payne.
Or Total Overdose (2005), Fear (2005), Enter the Matrix (2003). Probably you would like these games, and probably a few (or many) more games are featuring the slow motion effect. I enjoyed most of these games as a kid/child. I have not tried the Enter the Matrix so far, but I watched the first three Matrix movies.

Thanks for the recommendations I will take them as soon as fear if I do not think I play it because I think it is scary and those games do not go with me, I say that because I get scared a lot hahahah. I think I've only seen the first matrix and I only remember the pills, but that's when the slow motion started to catch my attention<3
Fear indeed has scary events. For example jumpscares. But it is an enjoyable game. I am also easy-to-scare. Sometimes even CS:GO scare me, and that it not even a horror game.
I can not try any kind of scary game, at least a five nights at freddys that are the only saga I've played except 4 as it is based more on sound and for me that makes the game more scary. HAHAHAH I have also had scares with games that are not horror games because I do not notice the presence of an npc and when I turn around I get scared, that happened to me several times with skyrim XD
