Dried Fruits Market))
With the beginning of spring, we all suffer from a weakened immune system. Therefore, we should help our body by eating foods rich in vitamins in the spring. Dry fruits are useful and rich in vitamins. Today we went to the market and bought some dry fruits. Although we have many types of dry fruits in our country, they are expensive. Not everyone can always buy them. It can be bought several times a year. The market we went to was very large, and inside it there were several other markets (fruits, vegetables, sweets, clothes, appliances, etc.). It is the cheapest market for all products. The market was big, clean and tidy, and the choice was huge. The seller gave us everything to try. We tried them first and then bought them.
We bought walnuts, cashews, almonds, pistachios and raisins from there. We also bought halwa, a mixture of different dry fruits.
The seller said that cashews are imported from India. Its price is $15 per kilo. Other dry fruits are grown in our country. Their price was on average $8 per kilo. Raisins are naturally dried, not medicated. In any case, the seller showed us them as natural.
It was my lovely @dswigle's #MarketFriday. Thanks for reading 💖

Oh @xuwi you made my mouth waters. Looking at the dried fruits is so mouth watering. I love those raisins and nuts wow! You have a lot in there.
Thank you)) soon there is a holiday that's why we bought more))
Your pictures make everything look delicious!! Dried fruit is really good for you, as you have said, but, as you pointed out, it is really expensive. To be fair, nowadays, all fruit is expensive.
I love cashews and they are one of the priciest nuts here in the US. They only harvest them once a year, one of the reasons that their price is so high.
The photos you took of all the containers of dried fruit and nuts are so wonderfully composed. Each one was awesome! The close-ups looked good enough to eat! Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge on vitamins and your body as we are coming up on Spring here in the US!
#MarketFriday began as a way to reach out across the globe and learn about different cultures through their markets, especially local markets and farmers' markets, and eventually branched out and evolved over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. We have become a melting pot of culture, but it is still the Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, and even your language/languages that separate us... Along with the fact that these things are normal for us. There are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I have learned so much about all of you and it has been an amazing experience. I can only hope that learning about each other can help us work together for a peaceful world. Thank you for being a part of #MarketFriday I always put the rules of the road in, for others to see in case they want to join!
