Battle and trading experience in the splinterlands
Hello everyone, the Splinterlands squad is back with a new challenge focused on social media. Once again, I'd like to extend a warm welcome to my blog.
Trading Battle
Sharing my Battle Experience
I'm going to share with you my first successful fight experience with Quix the devious. But first, I'd like to share with you his capabilities.
The advantages of Quix the Devious is that he can summon all monsters even the dragon monsters, like Djinn Chwala which I used in the battle below. I have been eyeing on this card for a long time and when my resources were available, I bought one in level 2 so I could minimize renting and removing fear that the card owner might cancel in EOS (End of Season), where I might lose the chance to win the 26 rewards offered in Gold II league. Quix the Devious level 2 has a power of 1,500.
It may not look good having Quix the Devious as my summoner because the battle rules were limited to using Melee monsters only and Spreading Fury. Other battle rules include: Mana Cap-58, Elements-Fire, death, dragon. Making Quix the Devious is very risky. But there is a turn out of events that we could not imagine. I am glad to have won this match. 😉
The second battle had me giving it my all but failing to win the match; yet, it was still a nice game.
Well, I thought, I could outsmart my enemy by using Pyre since this battle is in low to mid range mana cap, I thought of maximizing the mana with monsters. The battle rules in this game had Explosive Weaponry giving all monsters a blast ability, Mana Cap- 22 and Elements- all elements can be used except Death. So I used monsters with low mana cap and range abilities.
Little did I know that my enemy would use Kelya Frendul, with his extra shield, and magic attackers in the backline, having Deeplurker as the last monster standing I was defeated by @captainquack22.
My last combat was fairly great; it ended in a tie! It was entertaining to see!
From what I have reviewed in the game, if my enemy used Mylor Crowling as his summoner, too, he could have won the game. When having a battle rule of only having Melee monsters can be used, my consistent choice would be Mylor Crowling. He had a great choice of cards, with his first tank Stone Golem level 5, his ability to reduce melee and ranged attacks that hit him, and his stun ability delaying the chances of my monsters. The funny thing is, I thought I could have won the game because Brownie attacked the enemy's monster, but his return fire channeled us into draw results.
Here is a quick video of the summary of my matches.
