Saludos a toda la maravillosa comunidad de @holos-lotus estoy por aquí para conversar sobre la maestría del liderazgo, en este caso me enfocare del poder del círculo íntimo, se refiere a esas personas cercanas a ti con quienes compartes la mayor cantidad del tiempo.

¿Quiénes son parte de tu círculo íntimo?
¿Con quienes compartes la mayor cantidad de tu tiempo?
¿Edifican tu vida?

Seguramente tú también eres parte del círculo íntimo de alguien más, así que espero seas esa persona de los que edifican y ayudan al crecimiento de esa vida.

Recuerda que cuando hablamos de liderazgo
Hablamos de influencia y como he indicado en post anteriores siempre estamos influenciando, con nuestros pensamientos, emociones, palabras y acciones. Es una gran responsabilidad la forma como vivimos y la calidad de nuestra influencia porque otras vidas a nuestro alrededor están siendo afectadas.

Cuando entendí esto fue un gran cambio para mí, siempre sentí que la vida era una gran misión, que debía prepararme, he estudiado toda la vida, pues no es solo vivir y ya es el impacto de mi vida en otros.

Deseo que mi vida tenga un impacto eterno en otros y tú?

No se trata de creerse más importante o que tengo algo mejor que otros, no, se trata de que igualmente influenciar es algo que ocurre automáticamente. La vida es sagrada y es un regalo de Dios, cuidarla es una gran responsabilidad, hacerlo desde el gozo, el amor, servicio y entrega es el camino.

Alguien alguna vez me dijo: eso de andar solo no funciona ni siquiera el llanero solitario está solo pues anda con su caballo.

Para trascender y ser más eficientes como líderes es imaginate tener un equipo de apoyo.

Imagínate una madre con un bebé recién nacido, esposa y trabajadora exitosa, seguramente detrás de ella hay un círculo íntimo. Que la apoya y la ayuda a lograr quién es, quizás su madre, hermanos, amigos, nunca estamos solos.

Podemos llegar más lejos con ayuda, trabajando en equipo.

Después de más de una década trabajando en el desarrollo de equipos de trabajo en Network Marketing, reflexiono sobre las características que tuve que trabajar y potenciar en mi para conservar mi círculo íntimo tanto nivel de personal y profesional pues aplica para todos, tu amigos y la gente más cercana a ti te influencia y marca una diferencia en ti.

Crear relaciones y cultivarlas

Mis amigos más cercanos son esos vínculos sagrados que he decidido cultivar, dedicando tiempo y teniendo el hábito de compartir mi vida, mis logros, desaciertos, pues son especiales, únicos y merecen mi atención, respeto, amor, cuidado, fidelidad y sobre todo confianza.

Con respecto a mis equipos de trabajo hoy en día ante todo con mis grandes amigos.

Entregar el corazón - Amar a la gente

Entendí después de trabajar mucho en mi carácter que antes de dar la mano tenía que entregar mi corazón, que si deseaba llevar a alguien a otro nivel, ayudarlo en su crecimiento el camino era hacerlo desde el amor no desde un objetivo numérico. Se dice fácil pero ha sido todo un camino de transformación.

Un líder es el principal servidor

No sé trata de ser servido sino de servir.
Servimos con nuestro tiempo, atención, conocimiento, vida , como líderes de influencia servir debe ser parte de nuestro día a día, desde la entrega genuina y humildad.

Mejorar continuamente juntos

Crecer juntos es más fácil y llegamos más lejos, particularmente, me encanta compartir lo que aprendo. Pienso que el crecimiento se debe cultivar a diario, ser mejores seres para el mundo es un acto de bondad.

Animarse unos a otros

Es importantes ser fuente de inspiración para otros

Motivarnos unos a otros, la biblia dice: Gálatas 6:2
[2]Ayúdense a llevar los unos las cargas de los otros, y obedezcan de esa manera la ley de Cristo.

Para cerrar recordemos a unos de los grandes líderes de todos los tiempos, Jesús fue el más grande servidor, sanó a Miles, ministro a multitudes, andaba con los desvalidos, pecadores, enfermos y menospreciamos de la sociedad, sin embargo su círculo íntimo eran 12, el escogió a 12 de la multitud y se derramó en ellos, esa decisión cambió la historia.

Do they shape your life?

Surely you are also part of someone else's inner circle, so I hope you are that person who edifies and helps that life grow.

Remember that when we talk about leadership
We talk about influence and as I have indicated in previous posts we are always influencing, with our thoughts, emotions, words and actions. It is a great responsibility how we live and the quality of our influence because other lives around us are being affected.

When I understood this it was a big change for me, I always felt that life was a great mission, that I had to prepare myself, I have studied all my life, because it is not just living and it is already the impact of my life on others.

I want my life to have an eternal impact on others and you?

It is not about believing that I am more important or that I have something better than others, no, it is about the fact that influencing is something that happens automatically. Life is sacred and is a gift from God, to take care of it is a great responsibility, to do it with joy, love, service and surrender is the way.

Someone once told me: walking alone does not work, not even the lone ranger is alone because he walks with his horse.

To transcend and be more efficient as leaders is to imagine having a support team.

Imagine a mother with a newborn baby, wife and successful worker, surely behind her there is an inner circle. That supports her and helps her achieve who she is, maybe her mother, siblings, friends, we are never alone.

We can go further with help, working as a team.

After more than a decade working in Network Marketing team development, I reflect on the characteristics that I had to work on and enhance in me to keep my inner circle both personal and professional because it applies to everyone, your friends and the people closest to you influence you and make a difference in you.

Create relationships and nurture them

My closest friends are those sacred bonds that I have decided to cultivate, dedicating time and having the habit of sharing my life, my achievements, my mistakes, because they are special, unique and deserve my attention, respect, love, care, loyalty and above all trust.

With respect to my work teams today, first and foremost with my great friends.

Giving my heart - Loving people

I understood after working a lot on my character that before shaking hands I had to give my heart, that if I wanted to take someone to another level, to help them in their growth, the way was to do it from love, not from a numerical objective. It is easy to say but it has been a path of transformation.

A leader is the main servant

It is not about being served but about serving.
We serve with our time, attention, knowledge, life, as leaders of influence, to serve must be part of our day to day, from genuine dedication and humility.

Continuously improve together

Growing together is easier and we go further, I particularly love to share what I learn. I think that growth must be cultivated daily, to be better beings for the world is an act of kindness.

Encourage each other

It is important to be a source of inspiration for others

Motivate one another, the bible says: Galatians 6:2
[2] Help one another to bear one another's burdens, and in this way obey the law of Christ.

In closing let us remember one of the greatest leaders of all times, Jesus was the greatest servant, he healed thousands, ministered to multitudes, walked with the helpless, sinners, sick and despised of society, however his inner circle were 12, he chose 12 of the multitude and poured himself into them, that decision changed history.
