La fuerza del liderazgo / The power of leadership

Saludos a toda la maravillosa comunidad de @holos-lotus, me siento feliz de volver por aquí, ya que es un privilegio tener la oportunidad de tener un espacio para impulsar la conciencia sobre el liderazgo y deseo iniciar esta nueva etapa contándoles sobre la fuerza de liderazgo.

Cuando hablamos de liderazgo hablamos de influencia, una persona líder es aquella persona que tiene influencia sobre sí misma y sobre otra persona, para bien o para mal, es importante que sepas que todos lideramos en distintas áreas de nuestra vida.

El liderazgo es uno de mis temas favoritos, hace poco me preguntaba ¿Porqué me gusta tanto este tema liderazgo? entonces reflexione acerca de cómo ha sido mi vida desde niña, y realmente comprendí que desde pequeña asumí responsabilidades, fuí muy comprometida con las cosas que dependían de mí, era cuidadosa en mi forma de expresión hacia los demás, me preocupaba por sacar buenas notas, sin saberlo cuidaba mi influencia y siempre he buscado ser mejor persona, mejor ser humano, estar atenta a mis reacciones y mejorar, un líder siempre busca cambios y ser de ejemplo para otros, se toma la vida en serio y el impacto que el el puede tener en la vida de otros.

En potencial humano me ha parecido siempre un misterio por descubrir, estudié Filosofía buscando respuestas, también estuve en el mundo del coaching, PNL, al final decidí estudiar Biodanza porque necesitaba aprender a vivir la vida en profundidad pues todo se trata de sentir plenamente la vida y abrir el corazón

Una de las expresiones en el mundo del liderazgo que más me ha impactado es: "Un líder antes de dar la mano entrega el corazón" es decir para ejercer una buena influencia en el otro que implique transformación es esencial crear vínculos genuinos desde el corazón, y para ello es necesario abrir el corazón y sentir.

Te invito a reflexionar sobre tu vida, en qué área has influenciado con tu ejemplo, quizás en tu hogar, trabajo, iglesia y también a pensar ¿Qué es eso que te hace único? ¿Cuál es tu mayor fortaleza? y que al ejecutarlo ejerces influencia positiva en otros. Así podrás definir la fuerza de tu liderazgo.

Estamos viviendo tiempos de cambios, acabamos de salir de una pandemia mundial que definitivamente nos cambió la vida, muchos se replantearon sus profesiones, oficios, emprendimientos, innovaron, otros siguen recalculando, pensando que hacer sin saber aún la respuesta. Lo único seguro es el cambio, por ello la necesidad de fortalecer nuestro liderazgo que es la vida misma.

Te comparto algunos aspectos a tener en cuenta para fortalecer nuestro liderazgo:

Es necesario tener valentía

Es vital pues vivimos en tiempos de cambios, dónde la realidad supera la ficción, lo que menos esperas puede suceder, así que los desafíos y retos son el pan nuestro de cada día. Ser valientes para tener una vida con significado vale la pena, cuando decidimos atravesar nuestras heridas formamos nuestro carácter y nos conectamos con una visión más grande que es el amor.

Es importante soñar

La capacidad de soñar nos lleva a tener dirección en la vida, los sueños nos impulsan a avanzar cada día, son la gallina que necesitamos para accionar de manera constante cada día. Recuerda todo comienza con un sueño en tu mente después la fuerza de tu liderazgo lo concretara Empieza a soñar en grande.

Construir desde lo profundo

Construir cada día tu vida desde la honra y el agradecimiento a Dios es la clave, ser una persona agradecida en todo tiempo y en todo momento es un código de vida. Cuando empiezas a agradecer por todo creas un campo de acción a tu favor, pues todo juicio de bueno o malo deja de tener dominio simplemente lo que sucede entendemos que es de crecimiento.

Deseo que la fuerza de tu liderazgo se expanda y toque a muchas vidas , recuerda lideras con tus pensamientos, sentimientos y acciones.

When we talk about leadership we talk about influence, a leader is a person who has influence on himself and on another person, for good or for bad, it is important for you to know that we all lead in different areas of our lives.

Leadership is one of my favorite topics, recently I was wondering why I like so much this topic leadership? Then I reflected about how my life has been since I was a child, and I really understood that since I was little I assumed responsibilities, I was very committed with the things that depended on me, I was careful in my way of expression towards others, I was concerned about getting good grades, without knowing it I took care of my influence and I have always sought to be a better person, a better human being, to be aware of my reactions and improve, a leader always seeks changes and be an example for others, he takes life seriously and the impact he can have in the lives of others.

In human potential has always seemed to me a mystery to discover, I studied philosophy looking for answers, I was also in the world of coaching, NLP, in the end I decided to study Biodanza because I needed to learn to live life in depth because it is all about fully feel life and open the heart because one of the expressions in the world of leadership that has impacted me most is: "A leader before shaking hands gives the heart" ie to exert a good influence on the other that involves transformation is essential to create genuine links from the heart, and this requires opening the heart and feel.

I invite you to reflect on your life, in what area you have influenced with your example, perhaps in your home, work, church and also to think about what is it that makes you unique? What is your greatest strength? and that by executing it you exert a positive influence on others. In this way you will be able to define the strength of your leadership.

We are living in times of change, we have just come out of a global pandemic that definitely changed our lives, many have rethought their professions, trades, enterprises, innovated, others are still recalculating, thinking about what to do without knowing the answer yet. The only sure thing is change, hence the need to strengthen our leadership, which is life itself.

I share with you some aspects to take into account to strengthen our leadership:

It is necessary to have courage

It is vital because we live in times of change, where reality exceeds fiction, what you least expect can happen, so the challenges and challenges are our daily bread. Being brave to have a meaningful life is worth it, when we decide to go through our wounds we form our character and we connect with a bigger vision which is love.

It is important to dream

The ability to dream leads us to have direction in life, dreams drive us to move forward every day, they are the chicken we need to act steadily every day. Remember everything starts with a dream in your mind then the strength of your leadership will make it concrete Start dreaming big.

Build from the deep

Build every day your life from honoring and thanking God is the key, being a grateful person at all times and at all times is a code of life. When you begin to be thankful for everything you create a field of action in your favor, because all judgment of good or bad ceases to have dominion simply what happens we understand that it is growth.
