Meatloaf Dish in 5 Easy Steps

First, as always, you assemble your ingredients. To feed 7, I used:

1 1/2 pounds of ground beef πŸ₯©
2 eggs πŸ₯š
splash of milk πŸ₯›
olive oil πŸ«’
seasoned bread crumbs πŸ₯–

Now, comes the fun part, mixing it all up in a bowl, using my hands. I want it to be moist, but not gooey, so I balance the breadcrumbs with oil and milk.


When the oven is preheated at 375, I pop in the meatloaf and drizzle some ketchup on top.

This will take a full hour to prepare & during the last 15 minutes you can raise the temperature to 400, to give your meat some color.

Also, in the last 15 minutes I prepared some roast peppers to go alongside this dish : mixing it with olive oil, lemon & Greek spices.

You can insert the peppers alongside the meatloaf in the oven or, do as I did, and air fry them πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ³


Now, take your meat out and cut it in the center to see that it is well done.

I don’t need to tell you how to eat it, but I had mine over a bed of rice, with Thai sauce & a pickle :)
