Hello friends, for some time now I wanted to buy a tripod. I searched in the markets and online sales pages, but the few that appeared did not meet my expectations, since what I had one was lacking in another. It is no secret that the situation in Cuba does not allow me to make purchases from abroad and what enters the country already comes with the price altered.

I wanted the tripod to improve my photo shoots and give a little more professionalism to my publications on Hive, but after so much searching I was starting to give up. That's when a friend of my husband @edeyglezsosa and me who was coming from Trinidad and Tobago asked us if we wanted to order something with him, he would bring it to us without any problem. I immediately turned on the light bulb and the first thing I asked for was a tripod that could be adapted to my height, but could also be placed on a table or something small. Oh, and that it had a ring light, that could not be missing. After so much searching, this one appeared.

Hola amigos, desde hace algún tiempo quería comprar un trípode. Buscaba en los mercados y páginas de ventas online, pero los pocos que aparecían no cumplían con mis expectativas, ya que lo que tenía uno le faltaba a otro. Para nadie es un secreto que la situación en Cuba no me permite hacer compras desde el exterior y lo que entra al país ya viene con el precio alterado.

El trípode lo quería para mejorar mis sesiones fotográficas y darle un poco de más profesionalismo a mis publicaciones en Hive, pero después de tanto buscar empezaba a darme por vencida. Ahí fue cuando una amistad de mi esposo @edeyglezsosa y mía que venía de Trinidad y Tobago nos preguntó si queríamos encargar algo con él, que sin ningún problema nos lo traería. De inmediato se me prendió el foco y lo primero que pedí fue un trípode que pudiese adaptarse a mi altura, pero también pudiese ponerse en una mesa o algo pequeño. Ah, y que contase con un aro de luz, eso no podía faltar. Después de tanta búsqueda apareció este.

Al abrir la caja se encontraba así, todo organizado y con todas sus partes.

The tripod in question was manufactured by the company UNNO Tekno, no idea if they are a good manufacturer or not. The box included their quick start guide in which they explain in detail each part and how to assemble it.

El trípode en cuestión fue fabricado por la compañía UNNO Tekno, ni idea si es buen fabricante o no. La caja incluía su guía de inicio rápido en el que explican detalladamente cada parte y como armarlo.

The phone holder is flexible and supports phones up to 85 mm wide.

El soporte para teléfono es flexible y soporta teléfonos de hasta 85 mm de ancho.

It has a 24.5 cm light ring, which has 3 available light modes (cool, warm and day), and 10 brightness levels. Being this ring of low consumption and able to connect to my Smartphones using an OTG adapter in case of being outdoors. On the power cord of the ring there is a control to adjust the brightness and color.

Cuenta con un aro de luz de 24.5 cm, el cual posee 3 modos de luz disponibles (frío, cálido y día), y 10 niveles de brillo. Siendo este aro de poco consumo y capaz de conectarse a mi Smartphones usando un adaptador OTG en caso de estar en exteriores. En el cable de alimentación del aro hay un control para ajustar el brillo y color.

To enhance the user experience, the tripod features a wireless shutter release compatible with Android and iOS via Bluetooth that allows you to close photos and videos without the need to manipulate the phone.

Para mejorar la experiencia de los usuarios, el trípode cuenta con un disparador inalámbrico compatible con Android y iOS vía Bluetooth que permite cerrar fotos y videos sin necesidad de manipular el teléfono.

Structurally, the tripod measures 67.8 cm when folded. It reaches a maximum height of 210 cm when fully stretched and weighs 863 g. It also has non-slip rubber feet and the upper collar adapts to any desired angle.

A nivel estructural en general, el trípode mide 67.8 cm plegado. Alcanza una altura máxima de 210 cm al estar completamente estirado y pesa 863 g. Cuenta además con patas de gomas antideslizantes y el cuello superior se adapta a cualquier ángulo deseado.

This tripod met all my expectations, it had a value of 410 ttd (Trinidadian dollars) which at the exchange rate is 52 USD. I am super excited and pleased with my new acquisition. I know I will get good use out of it and I will have an easier time taking pictures for my blog.

Este trípode cumplió todas mis expectativas, tuvo un valor de 410 ttd (dólares trinitarios) que al cambio son 52 USD. Estoy súper emocionada y complacida con mi nueva adquisición. Sé que le sacaré buen provecho y tendré más facilidad al tomar las fotos de mi blog.
