Art the Clown "Terrifier"

Hola de nuevo, mi querida comunidad de Hive!!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

Feliz comienzo de semana para todos!!! Hoy les traigo algo que tenía preparado desde hace semanas: la continuación de mi ilustración de "The Little Pale Girl" de la película "Terrifier 2". 🤪🔪 Ya había dibujado a la niña que acompañó al protagonista en la segunda película, así que era hora de traerles a "Art the Clown", o mejor dicho, al mismísimo Terrifier!!! 😱🤯🤣

No sé si es casualidad, pero al revisar mi publicación de ---The Little Pale Girl--- me acabo de dar cuenta de que la hice el 03/03/2023, y casualmente hoy es 03 y justo va a salir la parte 3 de esta película y de este siniestro, pero querido payaso (~~al menos para mí~~ 🤭). La verdad es que desde hace años, los números repetidos y sin razón alguna me persiguen a todos lados, así que puede que solo sea eso... ¿O no?. 🤔🙄

Volviendo al tema principal, esta ilustración básicamente estaba lista desde hace mucho, pero siempre la dejaba a un lado por alguna comisión o para realizar mi participación en el concurso de arte de #Splinterlands, entre otras cosas, y luego la retomaba para nuevamente ocuparme de otra cosa, y así hasta este punto en el que finalmente pude terminar lo poquito que faltaba. Y bueno, hoy se las muestro. 🤟🏻😋

Espero que les guste mi versión de este tierno, diabólico... pero amoroso mimo payaso. 😂😂😂

Happy start of the week to all!!! Today I bring you something I had prepared for weeks: the continuation of my illustration of "The Little Pale Girl" from the movie "Terrifier 2". 🤪🔪 I had already drawn the little girl who accompanied the main character in the second movie, so it was time to bring you "Art the Clown", or rather, the Terrifier himself!!!! 😱🤯🤣

I don't know if it's a coincidence, but while reviewing my post of ---The Little Pale Girl--- I just realized that I made it on 03/03/2023, and coincidentally today is 03 and just is going to release part 3 of this movie and of this sinister, but beloved clown (~~at least for me~~ 🤭). The truth is that for years now, repeated numbers for no reason have been chasing me everywhere, so maybe that's all it is.... Or not. 🤔🙄

Back to the main topic, this illustration was basically ready since a long time ago, but I always put it aside for some commission or to do my participation in the #Splinterlands art contest, among other things, and then I took it up again to do something else, and so until this point in which I could finally finish the little that was missing. And well, today I show them to you. 🤟🏻😋

I hope you like my version of this cute, devilish... but loving clown mime. 😂😂😂

Como ya mencioné en el post de "The Little Pale Girl", en "Terrifier 2" el toque de la niña me encantó. Quizás sea por el personaje de un payaso diabólico mimo o quizás solo sea lo siniestro y el toque Gore de estas películas, pero realmente me encantan, y simplemente no aguanto la espera para ver la parte 3. 🤯🤯🤯

As I mentioned in "The Little Pale Girl" post, in "Terrifier 2" the little girl's touch I loved. Maybe it's because of the character of a mime devil clown or maybe it's just the sinister and Gore touch of these movies, but I really love them, and I simply can't stand the wait to see part 3. 🤯🤯🤯

El inicio de este trabajo fue bastante divertido, porque decidí hacer el boceto al revés de lo que suelo hacer... Bueno, tal vez no "siempre". De vez en cuando cuando hago bocetos, 😂😂😂 Pero como el es sombrío, lo hice con un fondo negro y un color que contrastaba, fue algo distinto!!! 🤭

The beginning of this work was quite funny, because I decided to do the sketch backwards from what I usually do... Well, maybe not "always". Every now and then when I sketch, 😂😂😂😂 But since he is somber, I did it with a black background and a contrasting color, it was something different!!! 🤭

Después de invertir los colores y colocar algunas bases para este hermoso payasito, se veía un poco extraño, pero quién sabe... tal vez cambie, O no? 🤔 🫲🏻🙄🫱🏻

Luego, llegó el momento de limpiar el lineart, ya que no quería que quedara al final. Así que, en una capa encima de todo, comencé a dibujar y a cambiar ese montón de rayas. 😓😓😓

Then, it was time to clean up the lineart, as I didn't want it to be at the end. So, on a layer on top of everything, I started drawing and changing that bunch of stripes. 😓😓😓

Después de pintar por partes y añadir varios detalles, en este punto ya tenía casi toda la pintura lista. Aunque aún faltaba un poquito más, tenía bastante sangre... Eso es normal en un payaso, verdad? 😱🤣🤣

After painting in parts and adding various details, at this point I had almost all the painting done. Although there was still a little bit more to go, I had quite a bit of blood... That's normal for a clown, right? 😱🤣🤣

Más tarde, después de retomar mi trabajo, ya estaba un poco más avanzado. Las manos estaban casi listas y añadí varios detalles más en la máscara de Art, pero aún había muchas cosas que arreglar y resolver. ⚙️🔧😋

Later, after resuming my work, I was a little more advanced. The hands were almost ready and I added several more details on Art's mask, but there were still many things to fix and solve. ⚙️🔧😋

Y aquí es donde lo retomé hoy por la noche. Algunas cosas habían cambiado hasta ahora, añadí más luz porque estaba un poco oscuro. Sé que Art el payaso es oscuro y sangriento, pero tenía que tener un poco más de luz para que se viera mejor. A pesar de los adelantos del retrato, aún faltaba mucho por hacer. Hice algunos cambios en el tamaño de la cara porque, a mi parecer, había comido muchos pies o quizás fueron ojos... quién sabe!!! 🫲🏻🤣🫱🏻 Parecía un poco gordo. 🤫🙄

And this is where I picked it up again tonight. Some things had changed by now, I added more light because it was a little dark. I know Art the clown is dark and gory, but I had to have a little more light to make it look better. Despite the progress on the portrait, there was still a long way to go. I made some changes to the size of the face because, in my opinion, he had eaten too many feet or maybe it was eyes... who knows!!! 🫲🏻🤣🫱🏻 He looked a bit fat. 🤫🙄

SPEED PAINTING

Después de hacer algunos ajustes para que el retrato se pareciera más al personaje real y también jugar un poco más con la sangre para que Art se viera aún más siniestro, no podía permitir que pareciera un payaso feliz y amistoso. 😋🤣

Y así llegamos al final... El resultado final es un retrato de Art the clown, oscuro, sangriento y aterrador. No querrás encontrártelo en un callejón oscuro!!! 😱🙄😋

After making some adjustments to make the portrait look more like the real character and also playing a bit more with the blood to make Art look even more sinister, I couldn't let him look like a happy and friendly clown. 😋🤣

And so we come to the end... The end result is a portrait of Art the clown, dark, bloody and terrifying. You don't want to meet him in a dark alley!!! 😱🙄😋
