Saludos comunidad de @hivearte, hoy les quiero compartir una ilustración que hice de mi persona. Cuando se acerca mi cumpleaños, me gusta hacerme una ilustración, lo he venido trayendo como tradición y, no solo para mí, también le hago una a mi sobrino para su cumpleaños y de vez en cuando a mi hermana y mi madre. Con ello, tengo igualmente la oportunidad de comparar cuanto he mejorado y tomado mi propio estilo, aunque no lo tenga definido aún, poco a poco voy aprendiendo más sobre el manejo de las luces y sombras, de los colores, de la configuración del cuerpo y otros más técnicas, hasta que tengan mi propia forma de componer el dibujo digital.

En este caso, primeramente, realice un boceto con el programa Medibang Paint y termine de hacer el lineart en el programa Paint Tool Sai. Posterior a eso, lo guarde en formato png, 200ppi y en tamaño A4; para así, terminar de colorearlo en Medibang.

Como las líneas eran cerradas, esto me permitió llenar con la herramienta bote de pintura toda la figura; la cual todo este color base lo hice en una misma capa, cosa que no he venido haciendo, pues siempre separa los colores por capa, algo así como capa cabello, capa camisa, capa piel y así sucesivamente. Al tener estos tonos bases, agregue encima de esta capa, una nueva capa en forma de recorte, para que los nuevos colores que se agregaran no salieran del contorno de la figura y de los colores previamente establecidos y protegidos en alfa, es decir, cualquier error seleccionara esta capa de color base y pasara el pincel, esta no se pintaría, pues esta como bloqueada.

Al principio, le había agregado como una sombra general a todo el dibujo, pero luego se lo elimine, por razones que contaré más adelante. En fin, al tener los tonos bases, con los pinceles acuarelas (sin opacidad ni capacidad de mezclar colores), el aerógrafo y el mix, le añadí las sombras y luces correspondientes y demás detalles que requería; cometí el error de no pintar los cuadritos a la camisa de primero, aunque logré solventarlo, siento que hubiese quedado mejor hacerlo antes. Ya, con todo definido, lo guarde en png, pues el fondo lo haría en otro documento aparte.

Tenía pensando hacer de fondo una esfera de color morado y en su interior pintarle como un paisaje nocturno, no obstante, la figura se me perdía así que, en vez de morado o azul (mis colores favoritos) hice contrastes con tonos anaranjados y amarillos. Al tener esta esfera lista, con sus detalles y demás, me percaté que la figura no armonizaba con la misma, esa sombra general que le pinté no le cuadraba, me devolví al documento anterior, se la eliminé, la volví a guardar y añadir al actual documento.

Con esto, ya más definido, le incorpore un tono anaranjado superpuesto a la figura y con opacidad al 25%, también le traza una línea blanca al contorno y por detrás de la imagen, solo aquellas zonas que entraban en el círculo, asimismo, una sombra difuminada, resultando de la siguiente manera.

With this, I also have the opportunity to compare how much I have improved and taken my own style, although I have not defined it yet, little by little I am learning more about the handling of lights and shadows, colors, the configuration of the body and other more techniques, until I have my own way of composing the digital drawing.

En this case, first, I made a sketch with the Medibang Paint program and finished the lineart in the Paint Tool Sai program. After that, save it in png format, 200ppi and in A4 size; in order to finish coloring it in Medibang.

As the lines were closed, this allowed me to fill with the paint can tool the whole figure; which all this base color I did in the same layer, something that I have not been doing, because I always separate the colors by layer, something like hair layer, shirt layer, skin layer and so on. When I had these base tones, I added on top of this layer, a new layer as a cutout, so that the new colors that were added did not leave the contour of the figure and the colors previously established and protected in alpha, that is to say, any error to select this layer of base color and to pass the brush, this one would not be painted, because this as blocked.

At the beginning, I had added a general shadow to the whole drawing, but then I eliminated it, for reasons that I will tell you later. Anyway, when I had the base tones, with the watercolor brushes (without opacity or ability to mix colors), the airbrush and the mix, I added the corresponding shadows and lights and other details that I needed; I made the mistake of not painting the squares to the shirt first, although I managed to solve it, I feel that it would have been better to do it before. Already, with everything defined, I saved it in png, because I would do the background in another separate document.

I was thinking of making a purple sphere as a background and painting it as a night landscape, however, the figure was lost so, instead of purple or blue (my favorite colors) I made contrasts with orange and yellow tones. When I had this sphere ready, with its details and others, I realized that the figure did not harmonize with it, that general shadow that I painted did not fit, I went back to the previous document, deleted it, saved it again and added it to the current document.

With this, already more defined, I added an orange tone superimposed on the figure and with 25% opacity, I also drew a white line to the contour and behind the image, only those areas that entered the circle, also, a blurred shadow, resulting as follows.
