MI ENTRADA AL CONCURSO TOPFIVEFAMILY OBSERVA PIENSA ESCRIBE. Un dulce con cariño [ESP/ENG]
Hola queridos amigos de @Topfivefamily un gusto participar en este nuevo Concurso.

En esta oportunidad un dulce que siempre me ha encantado, una torta, y de cual me hace recordar cuando mi mamá hacia dulces, una de las cosas que le encantaba era hace dulces, fuese torta, brownie, trufas, galletas, sea para una merienda o para un cumpleaños, ella era la que se encargaba de este bonito detalle, y debo decir que le quedaban muy ricos, sobre todo porque ella se esmeraba en hacer la mezcla de chocolate y decorarlas, o cuando era de fresa, o se inventaba cualquier otra para hacer un nuevo experimento con ella, en la cocina era lo que más le gustaba hacer, sobre todo un mus de parchita que a todos le encantaba, era algo que dejaba a todos con la boca abierta de lo delicioso.
Yo también con el tiempo aprendí hacer algunos de los dulces que ella hacía mucho jeje y aunque dicen que me quedan bien he dejado un poco de hacerlo por estar atareada con otras cosas, aunque espero en su momento volver a retomarlo, sobre todo porque es algo que ella le gustaba y quisiera mantenerlo, más que era un detalle que ella hacia sobre todo para los cumpleaños de la familia, así tuvieran una torta comprada ella tenía que llevar la suya para que probaran lo que había hecho, era con mucho cariño, también en una época le ayudo hacer estos dulces sobre todo torticas de chocolate, vainilla, fresas entre otras para ganar algo de dinero y con ello apoyar a la casa, un recuerdo dulce que tengo de esos momentos.

This time, it’s a dessert I’ve always loved—a cake—and it reminds me of when my mom used to bake. One of the things she loved most was baking, whether it was a cake, brownies, truffles, or cookies—whether for an afternoon snack or a birthday—she was the one who took care of this lovely gesture, and I have to say they always turned out delicious, especially because she took such care in mixing the chocolate batter and decorating them—or when it was strawberry, or she’d come up with some other flavor to try out a new recipe. Baking was her favorite thing to do in the kitchen, especially a passion fruit mousse that everyone loved; it was so delicious it left everyone speechless.
Over time, I also learned to make some of the sweets she used to make—hehe—and even though people say mine turn out well, I’ve stopped making them for a while because I’ve been busy with other things. Still, I hope to pick it up again when the time is right, especially because it’s something she enjoyed and I’d like to keep the tradition alive—more than anything, it was a special touch she’d add, especially for family birthdays. even if they had a store-bought cake, she had to bring her own so they could try what she’d made—it was done with so much love. There was also a time when I helped her make these sweets—especially little chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry cakes, among others—to earn some money and help out around the house. It’s a sweet memory I have of those moments.
