La historia se basa en la educación en corea del sur, la cual aunque para algunos parece estar bien realmente es todo lo contrario, si quiera que fuera solo algunos maltratos entre jóvenes que tu dijeras bueno viene el profesor los regaña y listo todo se soluciona, pero no el abuso estudiantil es fuerte, el maltrato entre los jóvenes va más allá de palabras, el contacto físico, el degrado por las redes sociales, profesores siendo intimidados por los mismos alumnos o convirtiéndose en verdugos para decidir quien estudia en un buen lugar o quien no, también el vandalismo, la introducción de drogas, en fin muchas cosas negativas que solo trae a la final peores cosas, peores adultos o incentivando a los que ya están grandes, lo cual requiere de un arreglo urgente o al menos un equipo que pueda ir solventando estos problemas y así ayudar a mejorar la sociedad.
Es por ello que nos encontramos con la OPDE (Oficina de Protección de los Derechos Educativos) un equipo formado para resolver estos problemas, con el objetivo de que la educación sea lo que debe ser, sin daños en el futuro, comandada por el ministro Choi Gang-Seok (Lee Sung-min) quien tras perder a su hija asesinada por un alumno, en su trabajo de profesora, decide que la justicia no ha avanzado en resolver estos asuntos, sea tomado por venganza o no, él debe encargarse de ello, nada debe quedar impune ni excusar sea menores de edad o padres que quieren hacer hasta lo que no deben por sus hijos, apoyado por Na Hwa-jin (Kim Mu-yeol) el que sería su yerno, quien tras no poder haber ayudado a su prometida, decide junto a su suegro hacer lo necesario para romper con esta corrupción de abusos, muertes y uso de drogas.
Ambos deciden que es el mejor camino, ya que por palabras bonitas la gente no aprende, las cosas hay que en su punto hacerla entender viviendo en carne propia lo que hacen, no es ser cruel ni malos, es ser realista y enfrentar las cosas como son, si se pueda resolver por palabras bonitas o buenas acciones el mundo fuera diferente, pero lamentablemente no todos aprenden de esa manera, acompañados de Im Ham-rim (Jin Ki-joo) una ex oficial al igual que Na y Bong Geun-dae (Pyo Ji-hoon) el encargado de la tecnología, emprenderán una ruta de enseñanza, correcciones y ayuda para aquellos que lo necesiten y para hacer que la educación sea buena y apta para todos, es una historia en donde cada caso te deja una enseñanza y la adrenalina a millón.
