Hello Hive'r

Pasie Ie Leubeu is a village located in Kembang Tanjong District, Pidie Regency, Aceh. However, in the village there is a market that people call it Keude Ie Leubeu. This market was successful and famous in the center of Pidie in the 80's.Here, a series of old shops with wooden constructions still stand strong even though they have aged, even though shops and shops with modern designs have been built in this Ie Leubeu market.

The market which is located approximately 15 km from the center of the district capital, apart from local residents shopping, also newcomers from outside the area almost every morning come to visit the Ie Leubeu market, they shop for various needs, especially fresh fish. Because this market is very close to the Fish Landing Place, many newcomers come to this market specifically to look for fresh fish.

In addition to looking for fresh fish, visitors also want to taste traditional cakes in other places that are rarely found, one of which is ade Ie Leubue. Ade Ie Leubeu does not exist anywhere else, only produced by residents of Ie Leubeu. Besides ade Ie Leubeu, there is also muloh teupeh fish. Muloh teupeh was sold by immigrants from Trueng Campli.

Apart from ade Ie Leubeu and muloh teupeh, there are also other traditional Acehnese cuisines that are rarely found in other markets. I'm sure if you shop once at Ie Leubeu Market, you'll be back there again.
Regards @yayan.

Market places like this usually have very different foods.
And the best part is that the food there is sometimes very fresh and delicious. This is exactly what I like. Because in cities, often the food is not exactly fresh and new.
