Alex Zanardi story of a passion with the smell of gasoline. “Sports Saturdays”

Hello friends of the Freecompliments community! Today I want to talk to you about another story of improvement in sports. This is the story of Alex Zanardi. A life story that will surely give us more examples to look at and paths to follow when we believe that our life is difficult.

Alex Zanardi was born in Bologna on October 23, 1966 and is known as a Formula 1 driver where he competed in four teams Minardi, Jorda, Williams and Lotus. In his early days before coming to Formula 1 he was champion of many automobile championships in Italy. He was also the CART World Series champion for two consecutive years in '97 and '98.

Precisely on his return to this competition, Alex suffered a terrible accident where he almost lost his life and both of his legs had to be amputated. But Alex Zanardi did not give up or end his life, quite the opposite. In 2003 he got back behind the wheel of an adapted car and competed again in the European Touring Car Championship.

But man does not feed on gasoline alone and Alex Zanardi's concern led him to hand cycling. Such was his dedication that in 2012 he participated in the London Paralympic Games where he won 2 Gold medals.
And Alex hasn't stopped there, he continues to compete and win in everything he sets out to do. I have no doubt that he will continue doing them and being an example of improvement for others.
