We Celebrate The International Coffee Day

Hello friends of this beautiful community and coffee lovers, today is a day to celebrate and we could not fail to do so, because there have been so many experiences and emotions that remembering them brings an instant smile to our faces.

A coffee will always be a reason to get together and to celebrate, with a coffee we have fallen in love, we have unburdened ourselves, we have closed important business deals and we have also asked for forgiveness and let go of emotions that do not favor us.

Coffee and a coffee shop have become a channel to express emotions, a perfect dose that gives us energy and fills us with strength to start the day. But at the same time with the passage of time there have been professionals who are responsible for preparing this drink in different ways, putting an explosion of flavors for the enjoyment of our palate.

I have known stories of coffee growers in my state and in turn of the previous process so that we can enjoy this wonderful beverage and I hope with the passage of time and through my Blog to tell you about them, because in my country and in my state we harvest one of the best coffees in the world.

Yes, that coffee is found in Venezuela, in the eastern part of the country, in the state of Monagas, specifically in Caripe, where the quality of the coffee produced by these blessed lands, considered the garden of the Orient, is recognized, because here everything flourishes thanks to its perfect climate and fruitful lands.

Whenever I have the opportunity I visit new coffee shops in order to compare and enjoy the best coffees of the city and make them known.

As for my moments of the day with coffee, I will tell you that to prepare myself to work on my Blog daily, I start to prepare my coffee, while I clean my desk and order everything I will need for my day. This is the time when the coffee is ready and I can get my creativity flowing. It is as if the coffee connects me with my moment of creativity and my ideas are in order.

Coffee is a mixture of bitter and sweet in an intense flavor that I love, it disconnects me and makes me establish it as my opportune moment of the day, the one that prepares me to work.

Remembering that a coffee shop will always be the meeting place in the afternoon to get together with your work colleagues.

No matter the time, a coffee will always be well received, in all its presentations, a hot coffee for the humid cold or a rich iced coffee for the extreme heat. A different coffee is always there to meet our needs of the day and wherever we are.
