Llevé a hervir agua para sancochar el ocumo blanco, al mismo tiempo puse a hervir los huevos en una olla aparte, al ocumo le retiré la concha, lo lavé, los corté en trozos, cuando el agua empezó a hervir lo agregué con un poco de sal y mientras se terminaban de cocer preparé una ensalada de tomate y pepino
