El día de hoy fuimos como cada domingo a la iglesia al servicio de escuela dominical, en realidad no teníamos nada especial planificado en casa, pero mi esposo quería una torta, así que, al llegar a casa revisé los ingredientes que tenía en el refrigerador, y, solamente me faltaba pan, le dije que me trajera unos panes y a última hora decidí preparar una pequeña torta de pan para consentir a mi esposo en este día del padre.

Today, just like every Sunday, we went to church for Sunday school. We didn’t really have anything special planned at home, but my husband wanted a cake, so when we got home, I checked the ingredients I had in the fridge—the only thing I was missing was bread. I asked him to bring me some bread, and at the last minute, I decided to make a small bread cake to spoil my husband on Father’s Day.

I let it rest for a bit, then we took it out of the pan, and once it cooled, we cut it into pieces and enjoyed this delicious bread cake as a family to spoil Dad on his special day.
