Hola, que tal? espero se encuentren bien, miembros de la comunidad #hive, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes la receta de unos deliciosos y refrescantes helados de yogurt hechos en casa.

Los helados son un postre ademas de deliciosos, refrescantes. Son una excelente alternativa en días de calor; y si podemos combinar lo refrescante con lo saludable mucho mejor!

Tal es el caso de los helados de yogurt; que ademas de los beneficios que aporta el consumo de yogurt al organismo; como mejorar la salud digestiva, y controlar el colesterol, generalmente suelen acompañarse de frutas naturales; lo cual aumenta significativamente los beneficios de su consumo.

En esta oportunidad preparare helados de yogurt con arequipe y con mermelada de fresa ( recetas compartidas anteriormente); y en los próximos días les compartiré como preparar yogurt en casa.

Espero la receta les sea de utilidad.

Ice creams are a delicious and refreshing dessert. They are an excellent alternative on hot days; and if we can combine the refreshing with the healthy, so much the better!

Such is the case of yogurt ice cream, which in addition to the benefits that yogurt consumption brings to the body, such as improving digestive health, and control cholesterol, are usually accompanied by natural fruits, which significantly increases the benefits of its consumption.

This time I will prepare yogurt ice cream with arequipe and strawberry jam (previously shared recipes); and in the next few days I will share with you how to prepare yogurt at home.

MATERIALES
2 litros de yogur natural firme
500gr de azúcar
mermelada de fresa
Arequipe
Bolsa para helados.

MATERIALS
2 liters of firm natural yogurt
500gr sugar
Strawberry jam
Arequipe
Bag for ice cream.

PREPARACIÓN
Tomar una pequeña porción de la mermelada o el arequipe, introducirla en la bolsa de helado y esparcirla en una de las esquinas.

PREPARATION

Take a small portion of the jam or arequipe, put it in the ice cream bag and spread it in one of the corners.

Con un batidor manual, mover el yogurt para eliminar grumos y que quede consistente.
Luego agregar el azúcar y volver a batir hasta que quede toda disuelta.

Then add the sugar and beat again until it is all dissolved.

Tomar una porcion del yogurt y verter en la bolsa con la mermelada ( yo los hago de 125ml cada uno, 1 litro de yogurt me rinde 8 porciones)

Take a portion of the yogurt and pour it into the bag with the jam (I make them of 125ml each, 1 liter of yogurt yields 8 portions).

Amarrar la bolsa, de tal manera que el liquido quede en una esquina en forma de cono.

Y así están listo nuestros deliciosos helados! solo falta llevar a la nevera y congelar!
