Hoy quiero compartirles una #receta muy particular y diferente, ideal para una botana, en una runión familiar o con amigos; que te aseguro les sorprenderá y les encantará.

Se trata de unas cestas de chayote, rellenas de ensalada de zanahoria, pepino, repollo, y pulpa de chayote; aderezada con limón; lo cual resulta en una explosión de sabores desde el primer bocado; la zanahoria con su toque dulce, el pepino y el repollo crocantes; y la pulpa de chayote, me recuerda al mango verde con sal.

Esta botana, además de deliciosa es saludable; ya que combina los beneficios alimenticios de varios vegetales; siendo el principal el chayote, que contiene minerales, y vitamina C y E, y se aprovechan mejor si se consume crudo, como es el caso de la receta que les presento; espero la publicación sea de su agrado!

Today I want to share with you a very particular and different #recipe, ideal for a snack, in a family reunion or with friends; that I assure you will surprise and delight you.

It is a chayote baskets, filled with carrot salad, cucumber, cabbage, and chayote pulp; dressed with lemon; which results in an explosion of flavors from the first bite; the carrot with its sweet touch, the crunchy cucumber and cabbage; and the chayote pulp, reminds me of green mango with salt.

This snack, besides being delicious, is healthy; since it combines the nutritional benefits of several vegetables; the main one being the chayote, which contains minerals, and vitamin C and E, and they are best used if consumed raw, as is the case of the recipe I present to you; I hope you like the publication!

MATERIALES

1 chayote
medio pepino
1 zanahoria pequeña
1 trozo de repollo
1 limón.

MATERIALS

1 piece of cabbage

PREPARACIÓN

Lo primer es hacer la cesta; para ello , con la ayuda de un cuchillo y con mucho cuidadao retiramos la pulpa del chayote.

Luego, lavamos bien todos los ingredientes, y los cortamos en finas rebanadas.
