Hoy les comparto la segunda parte de la iniciativa de la comunidad #Holos&Lotus, reto de alimentación balanceada, propuesta por el amigo @emiliorios; donde debemos presentar un plato favorito, que cumpla con los requerimientos de alimentacion diaria.
El plato que elegí es un plato muy sencillo, fácil y rápido de preparar, y que combina vegetales y verduras; se trata de una ensalada tradicional de lechuga, tomate y pepino, aderezada con limón, la cual acompañé con unas papas fritas!
Realmente me encanta esta combinación, soy fanatica de las ensaladas, podria comerlas en el desayuno, almuerzo o cena, la como sola o acompañada; cuando no tengo muchos ingredientes en casa, una cebolla y un tomate, es suficiente para mi ensalada!
Al comprar los vegetales, me fijo que estén frescos, y al preparalos me gusta lavarlos bien, la lechuga la remojo 10 minutos en limón o vinagre, para eliminar bacterias, y el tomate y pepino me gusta quitarles la concha, y el toque de limón es espectacular!
Pasemos ahora a la preparación del plato:

Today I share with you the second part of the #Holos&Lotus community initiative, a balanced eating challenge, proposed by my friend @emiliorios; where we must submit a favorite dish, which meets the requirements of daily nutrition.
The dish I chose is a very simple, easy and quick to prepare, and that combines vegetables and greens; it is a traditional salad of lettuce, tomato and cucumber, dressed with lemon, which I accompanied with some chips!
I really love this combination, I am a fan of salads, I could eat them for breakfast, lunch or dinner, I eat it alone or with others; when I don't have many ingredients at home, an onion and a tomato is enough for my salad!
When I buy vegetables, I make sure they are fresh, and when I prepare them I like to wash them well, I soak the lettuce for 10 minutes in lemon or vinegar, to eliminate bacteria, and I like to remove the shells of the tomato and cucumber, and the touch of lemon is spectacular!
Let's move on to the preparation of the dish:
MATERIALES
1 lechuga pequeña
1 tomate
1 pepino
2 papas
limón
sal
aceite.
MATERIALS
1 small lettuce
1 tomato
1 cucumber
2 potatoes
lemon
salt
oil.
PREPARACIÓN
Después de lavar bien las papas, les retiro la concha, las corto en tiras y las llevo a la freidora, hasta que estén doradas y crocantes.

After washing the potatoes well, I remove the shells, cut them into strips and take them to the fryer, until they are golden brown and crispy.
Lavo la lechuga y la remojo 10 minutos en agua con limón.
Retiro la concha del tomate y el pepino y los corto en ruedas.

I remove the tomato and cucumber shells and cut them into slices.
En un plato coloco la lechuga, y le agrego limón y sal, y le voy colocando el tomate y pepino, y aderezo con sal , limon y aceite.

Sirvo el plato acompañado con las papas fritas!
I serve the dish with the french fries!

Hola @yessi08, las ensaladas son una importante fuente de vitaminas y minerales, se pueden acompañar con casabe, arroz o unas deliciosa papa fritas tal como lo mencionas.
