No se si les pasa a algunas de ustedes, pero en los días en que estoy en mi menstruación, me siento bastante débil, y me gusta preparar jugos multivitaminicos, que fortalezcan mi organismo, y me llenen de energía y vitalidad; tal es el caso de la #receta que les traigo hoy, un jugo de guayaba con tomate de árbol, que combina los beneficios de ambas, dando como resultado una bebida llena de vitaminas y minerales, ademas de hierro (Fe), fósforo (P), potasio (K) y magnesio (Mg).

I don't know if it happens to some of you, but in the days when I'm on my menstruation, I feel quite weak, and I like to prepare multivitamin juices, that strengthen my body, and fill me with energy and vitality; such is the case of the #recipe I bring you today, a guava juice with tree tomato, which combines the benefits of both, resulting in a drink full of vitamins and minerals, in addition to iron (Fe), phosphorus (P), potassium (K) and magnesium (Mg).

INGREDIENTES

Para 2 litros de jugo:

3 guayabas grandes
1 tomate de arbol
azucar al gusto
1750ml de agua
hielo.

INGREDIENTS

PROCEDIMIENTO

Lo primero es, lavar bien los ingredientes, retirar la concha, y cortarlos en trozos.
