En oportunidades anteriores les he comentado que me encantan los jugos en todas sus presentaciones; y me gusta mucho crear e inventar en la cocina, mezclando frutas, para experimentar nuevos sabores!
Hoy, les comparto la #receta de un refrescante jugo de melon y guayaba, que es ideal para estos días tan calurosos.
Aprovechando la temporada de melon, en mi pueblo se consiguen a muy bajo costo recién cosechados; prepare esta rica receta que espero sea de su agrado!

In previous opportunities I have told you that I love juices in all their presentations; and I love to create and invent in the kitchen, mixing fruits, to experiment new flavors!
Today, I share with you the #recipe for a refreshing melon and guava juice, which is ideal for these hot days.
Taking advantage of the melon season, in my town you can get freshly harvested melons at a very low cost; prepare this delicious recipe that I hope you like!
Para 2 vasos de jugo:
500gr de melon
1 guayaba grande
2 cucharadas de azúcar
hielo
400ml de agua.
For 2 glasses of juice:
500gr of melon
1 large guava
2 tablespoons of sugar
ice
400ml of water.
Se lavan bien las frutas, se les retira la concha, y se cortan en trozos.
Wash the fruits well, remove the shells and cut them into pieces.
Se lleva a la licuadora, se le añade agua y azúcar.
Se licua fuerte por 2 minutos; y se pasa por una coladora para retirar las semillas de guayaba!
Put it in a blender, add water and sugar.
Blend hard for 2 minutes; and pass it through a strainer to remove the guava seeds!
Se añade hielo, y se sirve esta refrescante bebida!
Add ice, and serve this refreshing drink!

This fruit is available in abundance in our side, I myself sometimes try to taste it by juicing it. You did a great presentation.
