Feliz inicio de año para los amantes de las bebidas increíbles, deseando que sea un excelente año cargado de bendiciones y que podamos cumplir nuestras metas; siempre de la mano de Dios Todopoderoso!
A pesar de la época, donde se supone el clima debe ser fresco en mi país Venezuela, hay una ola de calor, no se sintio para nada esa brisa decembrina; asi, que debemos estar bien hidratados, y, la mejor manera es hacerlo con una bebida natural.
Aprovechando que tengo unas flores frescas de jamaica, decidí prepara el día de ayer una deliciosa y refrescante #receta de agua de jamaica y naranja, muy sencilla y rápida de prepara, y, que estoy segura en casa a todos les gustara; veamos el paso a paso:

Despite the season, where the weather is supposed to be cool in my country Venezuela, there is a heat wave, we didn't feel at all that december breeze; so, we must be well hydrated, and, the best way is to do it with a natural drink.
Taking advantage that I have some fresh hibiscus flowers, I decided to prepare yesterday a delicious and refreshing #recipe of hibiscus and orange water, very simple and quick to prepare, and I'm sure everyone at home will like it; let's see the step by step:
para 1,5 litros de agua fresca:
3 naranjas
azúcar al gusto
flores frescas de jamaica aproximadamente 20
1,5 litros de agua
hielo.
for 1.5 liters of fresh water:
3 oranges
sugar to taste
fresh hibiscus flowers approximately 20
1.5 liters of water
ice.
Es importante lavar bien las flores una por una, retirar la semilla, y llevar cocinar con el agua hasta que hierva; retirar del fuego y dejar reposar.
It is important to wash well the flowers one by one, remove the seed, and bring to cook with the water until it boils; remove from the fire and let stand.
Lavar las naranjas, exprimir el jugo, reservar.
Además corte una naranja en trozos para añadir al jugo.
Wash the oranges, squeeze the juice, reserve.
Also cut an orange in pieces to add to the juice.
Se pasa el agua de jamaica por una coladora para retirar las flores, se le añade el jugo de naranja, azucar, trozos de naranja y el hielo.
Pass the hibiscus water through a strainer to remove the flowers, add the orange juice, sugar, orange pieces and ice.
Se sirve y se disfruta esta rica bebida.
Serve and enjoy this delicious drink.

Delicioso, yo también preparé un delicioso jugo de Jamaica, es buenísimo tanto para el paladar como para la salud, tener una de estas plantas en casa es una bendición, me encantó tu post, solo te sugiero que lo corrijas en inglés ya que las palabras "hibiscus flowers" no se refieren a la flor de Jamaica sino a las flores de cayena, el término correcto es "Roselle" lo digo para que los lectores anglosajones no se confundan.
