Feliz inicio de semana para todos mis amigos amantes de la buena comida, yo quise iniciarla preparando uno de mis almuerzos favoritos; sin duda que amo el comer verduras a cualquier hora del día, en esta oportunidad lo hice en el almuerzo y lo acompañé con una pechuga de pollo sazonada con salsa de soya y la infaltable ensalada; un menú que además de ser muy delicioso se prepara de manera muy fácil y es saludable, les muestro la preparación

I wanted to kick it off by making one of my favorite lunches; I definitely love eating vegetables at any time of day, and this time I had them for lunch, paired with a chicken breast seasoned with soy sauce and the ever-present salad; a meal that’s not only delicious but also very easy to prepare and healthy. Here’s how I made it

Llevé a hervir agua, al mismo tiempo lavé los ocumo, retiré la concha, corte en trozos, cuando el agua comenzó a hervir agregué el ocumo y un poco de sal .
Para la pechuga de pollo, en una paila pisé unos dientes de ajo, la pechuga la corte en filete y sazoné con adobo y suficiente salsa de soya, llevé a cocinar volteando por ambos lados hasta que estuvo completamente cocida; una vez que el acumo hubo ablandado lo trituré con ayuda de un tenedor y agregué un poco de mantequilla para el puré
