Feliz sábado a toda la comunidad #hive, quiero compartir con ustedes la receta de unas ricas salsas para aderezar que prepare en casa.

La base para estas salsas es una mayonesa casera, preparada con huevo y aceite; y que a partir de esta se puede preparar una gran variedad de aderezos, de acuerdo al gusto y la creatividad de cada uno.

La receta a utilizar lleva 4 huevos, 350ml de aceite, una cucharadita de vinagre y una pizca de sal; y rinde aproximadamente 450gr de mayonesa base.

Estas salsas son ideales para carnes, ensaladas y comidas rápidas; ya que realzan su sabor. En mi caso yo las prepare para aderezar unos pepitos caseros, que mas adelante les compartiré la receta.

En esta ocasión prepare una salsa de ajo y una rica guasacaca; espero les sea de utilidad.

Happy Saturday to all the #hive community, I want to share with you the recipe for some delicious dressing sauces that I prepared at home.

The base for these sauces is a homemade mayonnaise, prepared with egg and oil; and from this you can prepare a variety of dressings, according to the taste and creativity of each one.

The recipe calls for 4 eggs, 350ml of oil, a teaspoon of vinegar and a pinch of salt; and yields approximately 450gr of mayonnaise base.

These sauces are ideal for meats, salads and fast foods, as they enhance their flavor. In my case, I prepared them to dress some homemade pepitos, which I will share the recipe later.

This time I prepared a garlic sauce and a delicious guasacaca; I hope you find it useful.

MATERIALES

4 huevos
350ml de aceite
1 cucharadita de vinagre
Sal al gusto

PREPARACIÓN

Partí los huevos uno por uno, y los coloque en un envase para comprobar que estén en buenas condiciones y para verificar que no queden restos de concha en la preparación.

Lleve los huevos a la licuadora, batí a máxima velocidad; y le fui añadiendo aceite poco a poco, hasta notar que comience a espesar y ponerse de color blanco la mezcla

Cuando haya espesado se le agrega una cucharadita de vinagre; (puede ser limón), una pizca de sal, y se bate por un momento mas.

When it has thickened, add a teaspoon of vinegar (it can be lemon), a pinch of salt, and whisk for a moment more.

Dividí la base en tres parte; lleve una parte a la licuadora y le agregue unos 8 dientes de ajo ( esto depende del gusto de cada uno; en mi caso me gusta que quede fuerte de ajo), y licue por un minuto.

Y lista la salsa de ajo.

I divided the base in three parts; take one part to the blender and add about 8 cloves of garlic (this depends on the taste of each one; in my case I like it to be strong with garlic), and blend for a minute.

The garlic sauce is ready.

Para preparar la guasacaca, a una parte de la base le agregue aproximadamente 50gr de cilantro y licue por un momento, se prueba y sin hace falta se le añade una pizca mas de sal.

To prepare the guasacaca, to one part of the base add approximately 50 grams of cilantro and blend for a moment, taste and if necessary add a pinch more salt

Puedes añadir ingredientes según tu gusto!!
