El perro caliente es un alimento que resulta de combinar una salchicha dentro de un pan en forma alargada; acompañada por una variedad de salsas que sirven como aderezo.
Es un tipo de comida rápida o callejera que puede encontrarse casi en cualquier parte; y su preparación difiere según los gustos de cada región.
En esta oportunidad, para prepararlos sustituí la salchicha por carne mechada (receta que compartí hace unos días), resultando unos hot dog super deliciosos.

Today I want to share with you the recipe for some delicious hot dogs prepared at home.
The hot dog is a food that results from combining a sausage inside a bun in an elongated shape; accompanied by a variety of sauces that serve as toppings.
It is a type of fast or street food that can be found almost anywhere; and its preparation differs according to the tastes of each region.
In this opportunity, to prepare them I substituted the sausage for larded meat (recipe I shared a few days ago), resulting in super delicious hot dogs.

MATERIALES
1 paquete de pan para perros
Carne mechada (aproximadamente 500gr preparada)
Ensalada de repollo y zanahoria (600gr)
Salsa de tomate
Mayonesa
500gr de queso para rallar
Guasacaca
Salsa de ajo.
MATERIALS
1 package of dog bread
Meat larded (approximately 500gr prepared)
Cabbage and carrot salad (600gr)
Tomato sauce
Mayonnaise
500gr of cheese to grate
Guasacaca
Garlic sauce.
PREPARACIÓN
Con un cuchillo tipo serrucho abrir los panes a la mitad y humedecer con la salsa de tomate.
PREPARATION
With a serrated knife, cut the bread in half and moisten with the tomato sauce.
Añadir la ensalada de ropollo y zanahoria; esparciendo por todo el pan.
Add the roulotte and carrot salad; spreading it all over the bread.
Agregar mayonesa para humedecer.
Add mayonnaise to moisten.
Agregar la carne mechada sobre la ensalada.
Add the shredded meat over the salad.
Rociar guasacaca sobre la carne, para realzar el sabor.
Sprinkle guasacaca over the meat to enhance the flavor.
Por ultimo agregar queso rallado, esparciendo por todo el pan.
Finally add grated cheese, spreading it all over the bread.
