En la institución donde trabajo específicamente la coordinación a la cual estoy adscrita, siempre hacemos lo posible por mantener un ambiente laboral agradable en el marco del compañerismo y el respeto, cada celebración tratamos de organizarnos y realizar un pequeño compartir con la idea de crear lazos de amistad entre el grupo de docente, personal administrativo y obrero que pertenecen a esta institución.
En esta oportunidad, el pasado viernes organizamos un pequeño compartir con motivo de celebrarse el Día del Padre, realmente son solo dos padres que pertenecen a la coordinación y los demás somos madres, jejeje, pero igual quisimos hacerle un pequeño agasajo a nuestros compañeros, organizamos unos pasapalos, bebidas, un quesillo de pan y fijamos la hora en la cual tendríamos nuestro pequeño compartir.
At the institution where I work—specifically, the department to which I am assigned—we always do our best to maintain a pleasant work environment based on camaraderie and respect. For every celebration, we try to organize and hold a small get-together with the goal of fostering friendships among the teaching staff, administrative staff, and support staff who belong to this institution.
This past Friday, we organized a small get-together to celebrate Father’s Day. Actually, there are only two fathers in our department—the rest of us are mothers, hehehe—but we still wanted to throw a little party for our male colleagues. We prepared some snacks, drinks, and a cheese sandwich, and set a time for our little get-together.
A las 10:30 de la mañana después que atendimos a los alumnos nos reunimos en la sede de la coordinación, invitamos al personal directivo y procedimos a entregar unos pequeños presentes que una representante elaboró para nuestros agasajados, que son dos padres: el profesor de física y de Educación Física; acto seguido entregamos un pequeño presente que entre todas compramos; a uno se le dio una colonia y a otro un reloj!
Para finalizar después de haber comido los pasapalos y bebido los refrescos o gaseosa se compartió un pequeño quesillo de pan que se realizó en lugar de la torta
Asi concluimos esta pequeña celebración deseando un feliz día del padre a nuestros compañeros de labores .

At 10:30 a.m., after we had attended to the students, we gathered at the coordination office, invited the administrative staff, and proceeded to present some small gifts that a representative had made for our honorees—two fathers: the physics teacher and the physical education teacher. Immediately afterward, we presented a small gift that we had all chipped in to buy; one received cologne and the other a watch!
To wrap things up, after eating the snacks and drinking the soft drinks, we shared a small cheese sandwich that was made in place of the cake.
And so we concluded this little celebration by wishing our coworkers a happy Father’s Day.
