La carne de cerdo la sazoné con adobo, sal, y orégano; la llevé a cocinar a fuego medio volteando por ambos lados hasta que estuvo completamente cocido; por otro lado lavé muy bien el repollo con vinagre para desinfectarlo, luego lo mezclé con la zanahoria rallada y aderezé con sal y mayonesa
I seasoned the pork with adobo, salt, and oregano; I cooked it over medium heat, turning it on both sides until it was fully cooked; meanwhile, I washed the cabbage thoroughly with vinegar to sanitize it, then mixed it with the grated carrot and dressed it with salt and mayonnaise
