Después de lavar muy bien la manzana retiré la cáscara, la corté en trozos, la llevé a la licuadora juntamente con el yogurt, el azúcar y la harina de trigo, licue muy bien hasta que obtuve una mezcla homogénea; luego agregué un poco de canela, tomé porciones de la masa y la lleve a una sartén engrasada con aceite y decoré con trozos de manzana, deje que se cocinara por ambos lados
After washing the apple thoroughly, I peeled it, cut it into pieces, and put it in the blender along with the yogurt, sugar, and wheat flour.
