A journey through the forest alone

Hello everybody! I like to go mushroom picking with my friends. It's fun and I never worry about someone else finding more mushrooms than me. It's not because I'm such a great mushroom picker, although I'm a good mushroom picker, but not the most in our community of mushroom lovers. It's just that what I find is enough for me, although a certain element of competitive excitement makes such trips even more interesting. But this is not the only purpose of my trips. I also like to just enjoy the walk and the nature around me and take pictures of all the interesting mushrooms I see. However, I sometimes have to hurry after my friends so as not to get lost. That's why I sometimes go to the forest alone, not far from my house, just to go slowly and take pictures of whatever I want without fear of falling behind. And when I don't find many edible mushrooms on such trips, I don't get upset because I have a lot of beautiful photos.Всім привіт! Я люблю їздити збирати гриби разом з друзями. Це весело і я ніколи не переживаю через те, що хтось знайде більше грибів, ніж я. Це не тому, що я такий чудовий грибник, хоча я непогано збираю гриби, але не найбільше в нашому товаристві любителів грибів. Просто мені достатнього того, що я знаходжу, хоча певний елемент змагального азарту робить такі подорожі ще цікавішими. Але це не є єдиною метою моїх поїздок. Мені також подобається просто насолоджуватися прогулянкою і навколишньою природою і фотографувати усі цікаві гриби, які я побачу. Проте мені іноді доводиться поспішати за своїми товаришами, щоб не заблудитися. Тому я іноді ходжу в ліс один, недалеко від мого дому, просто щоб іти без поспіху і фотографувати все, що я захочу, не боячись відстати. І коли я не знаходжу багато їстівних грибів в таких подорожах, я не засмучуюсь, бо я маю багато красивих фотографій.

I made one such trip last October to a forest twenty minutes' walk from my house. The first mushroom I found was a porcini mushroom (Boletus edulis), but that was the only porcini mushroom I found on that trip. But I discovered a new place where Boletus edulis grows (I really hope so 🙂), because I have not yet found porcini mushrooms in this place.Одну з таких мандрівок я здійснив у жовтні минулого року у ліс за двадцять хвилин ходьби від мого дому. Першим грибом, який я знайшов, був білий гриб (Boletus edulis), але це був єдиний білий гриб, який я знайшов у тій мандрівці. And here is the umbrella mushroom (Macrolepiota procera) - a very tasty edible mushroom. The snail in the third photo also thinks so 😄.А ось і гриб-парасолька (Macrolepiota procera) - дуже смачний їстівний гриб. Слимак на третьому фото також так думає 😄.

And this mushroom is confused with the most deadly mushroom - pale toadstool (Amanita phalloides). But this is a citrine amanita (Amanita citrina) - it has white spots on the cap, unlike the pale toadstool, and the cap itself is not so green. Amanita citrina is considered an inedible mushroom, according to other sources, it is poisonous.А оцей гриб плутають із найбільш смертоносним грибом - блідою поганкою (Amanita phalloides). Але це мухомор цитриновий (Amanita citrina) - він має на шапинці білі плями, на відміну від блідої поганки і сама шапинка не така зелена. Amanita citrina вважається неїстівним грибом, за іншими даними - отруйна.

And here is the queen of poisonous mushrooms - pale toadstool (Amanita phalloides). This is one of the deadliest types of poisonous mushrooms in the world.А ось і королева отруйних грибів - бліда поганка ((Amanita phalloides). Це один із найбільш смертоносніших видів отруйних грибів у світі.

Hypholoma fasciculare is a poisonous mushroom, but it grows in very beautiful colonies, so I like to photograph them.Опеньок сірчано-жовтий (Hypholoma fasciculare) - отруйний гриб, але росте дуже гарними колоніями, тому я люблю їх фотографувати.

And these are photos of Russula rosea - an edible mushroom. But I don't pick up russula mushrooms, I just have the opportunity to take mushrooms that are more valuable to me)).А це світлини сироїжки рожевої (Russula rosea) - їстівного гриба. Але я не збираю сироїжок, просто маю можливість брати більш цінні для мене гриби)).
