| Hi friends! From time to time I share posts with you showing the mushrooms that grow near the birch trees that I planted along the fence near my yard about fifteen years ago. These can be both edible mushrooms and poisonous ones, such as amanita. Edible mushrooms grow there: Boletus scaber, which I pick up, and Russula, which I used to pick up, but now I don't, because my wife doesn't like their taste 😉. Since the birches grow a few centimeters from the fence (well, this fence are just concreted metal columns without a stretched mesh, so you can freely walk there), the mushrooms that grow there can be found both on my territory and outside it. | Привіт, друзі! Я час від часу ділюся з вами дописами, в яких показую, які гриби ростуть біля берез, які я вдовж огорожі біля мого подвір'я приблизно п'ятнадцять років тому. Це можуть бути як їстівні гриби, так і отруйні, такі як мухомори. З їстівних грибів там ростуть підберезники (Boletus scaber), які я збираю, і сироїжки (Russula), які я колись збирав, а зараз не беру, бо дружині не подобається їхній смак 😉. | I photographed these Russulas earlier this month. It was on a Sunday when my wife and I were going to visit her friends. I had already left the house and was just walking while waiting for my wife. I saw many Russulas near our birch trees. They looked so good that I ran home to get my camera to take pictures of them, because I was afraid that the next day these mushrooms would not be there (I assumed that maybe someone would pick those raw mushrooms or they would be eaten by slugs). I had very little time to photograph these mushrooms, but I think I managed ☺️. | Ці сироїжки я сфотографував раніше цього місяця. Це було в неділю, коли ми з дружиною збиралися поїхати в гості до її друзів. Я вже був вийшов з дому і чекаючи на дружину, просто прогулювався. Я побачив біля наших берез безліч сироїжок. Вони виглядали настільки гарно, що я побіг додому за фотоапаратом, щоб сфотографувати їх, бо боявся, що наступного дня цих грибів там вже не буде (я припустив, що, можливо, хтось зірве ці сироїжки або ж їх з'їдять слимаки). Я мав дуже мало часу, щоб сфотографувати ці гриби, але я гадаю, що я впорався ☺️. |

I see that a lot has been damaged, are insects eating it?
I think that most likely these mushrooms were eaten by snails, although insects are also possible
